Room was clean. Some minor cosmetic issues but nothing major. Just off boardwalk with a short 10min walk to inlet and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Its a shame the rates doubled for next year or we would have booked again. 

Perfect for a quick beach trip

The Apartment needed alot of work it was ran down the bathroom wall had not been cleaned  we had to clean the bathroom and our beds also well one of them we just slept on the top cover , the door handle on the sliding glass door to the deck was broken . we will not be staying at this place again in unless the do some work to it


Not very nice

The front desk receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I asked backed when I booked it we needed the first floor for health reasons. Once we arrived they let me know we was on the 3 floor of the suites, so not very happy at all about that. We probably will never stay there again. 

Horrible customer service. 

What a disappointment this Condo rental was. The first room they attempted to give us had an awful stench coming from it. The fridge was disgusting, with onion peels in crisper, brown stuff on the bottom on the crispers. Cabinets had crumbs and hair every where. End table had cup marks on it like it wasn’t wiped down. Microwave had finger prints still on it. I went to front desk and they walked me over to a different condo. Which didn’t have a nasty smell, dirty fridge or cabinets etc. However - after settling in later that evening my children walked with no shoes and their socks were covered with black soot. They took them off played barefoot and their feet had layers black on them. The floors were completely filthy like they have never been mopped! We had to wear flip flops to prevent black feet! We also noticed when trying to use the stove top the knobs were not on correct. A complete safety hazard! The shower head and nozzle were almost falling out of the shower. Every time you tried to turn it on or off the whole thing moved. There was a constant leak on the porch leaving the area wet all day every day from the air conditioner. As well as the porch above us dripping down on us from their A/C. I contacted the office many times about our concerns. NOTHING was done as far as compensating us for this disaster of a room and situation! I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pictures do not show the truth of their condos. They are dated and gross. They also do not provide parking WITHOUT a fee for an additional car. When they have rooms that fit more than one family!

Easy and quick check in, parking pass and no issues with a parking spot (plus it's under roof which was great for us since it was rainy most of our trip).

Nice large space with 2 queen beds in 1 room with TV and then another room had 1 king bed and pull out sofa with TV. Perfect location just off the boardwalk on Ocean block. Full size fridge along with microwave, sink, and stove top plus cupboards. We didn't utilize this much but great for those who want to bring food since it has plenty storage as well as nice size fridge and freezer. 

Downside was minimal as we didn't have a drain plug for our kitchen sink which we needed to thaw breast milk out. Also tight squeeze for strollers or wagon to get in the door based on bed positioning. 

Overall great place for great price

Great location for family stay

The suite was very nice and comfortable. A good size for 3 adults and 5 kids and a dog, The full kitchen was nice also.  The full size refrigerator was perfect for all the kids treats and adult beverages!

However, the patio chairs were old and falling apart. The pool was dirty and full of sand. I understand staffing may be short but the pool should be cleaned everyday. It’s a big part of a hotel stay especially if you have kids. The pool chairs stayed in disarray during my whole stay. That part of my stay was a bit disappointing. I shouldn’t have to go across the street to the other hotel to swim if there’s a pool where I’m staying. 

I would stay there again, but hopefully housekeeping is a bit better next time.

A nice family stay but the pool was an eyesore

The Suites were decent!  We had a family of 7, 2 adults 5 kids!   On arrival we noticed the living room TV cable wasn't working.  We went to use room phone and it also wasn't working (forgot to say this to Todd- more concerned with no cable with 5 kids in a room!!)  Using our cell phone called front desk and they said they we aware and Comcast would be coming in morning.  Next day we called once we were out of room and they said they should be there shortly.  Once back around noon cable was fixed about!  Went into bedroom and noticed carpet was wet by AC closet.   Peaked under door and saw there was a towel inside closet so I am sure they are aware of this leak.  Room was so hot when we entered room on arrival Monday and took so long to cool off; we figured this is why it was off!  By the time we checked out on Thursday half the bedroom floor was soaked!  The rooms are older & mold/mildew was around tub caulk.   All front desk staff was friendly and helpful!  Housekeeper who came banging on door at 1105am, on check out day,, was not friendly at all!!  Todd was helpful and got cable situation straight fast!  I did enjoy the stay and I probably would stay again!

Summer vacay

Obviously it's not a "top of the line" hotel but they had what I needed:  Separate bedroom for the kids, pool, parking, close to boardwalk, full size kitchen.  Also, it was a quiet place with great hot water and great service as soon as you call for something.  I would say the down side is it's not directly on the boardwalk, no dining table in the apartment (it's on the balcony), seagulls living in the balconies, areas that were not cleaned too well, certain areas needed to be repaired.  I would stay there again for sure because there are no other hotels near the boardwalk that have separate bedrooms and a pool.  I was also always worried about losing my parking spot when i went out because I think they have 8 spots for 9 units.  Lucky for  me they were not fully booked.

Overall a Good Place To Stay

Very nice facility and staff with good customer service you can tell that the hotel was recently renovated .We end up arriving early then we expected and was able to check in early with Mrs.Anna . Our room was very nice with a balcony street view .

Hotel Review

First of all the room I booked on booking.com had one less sofa bed than the listing stated. And it still lists two sofa beds currently if I booked again. There was only one mirror in the whole suite. And it was broken and taped together. The blinds on the door were broken and hanging. The walls were smeared with dirty hand prints that I wiped clean myself. The door going into the bedroom was cracked like it was punched or kicked in and didn’t close properly. There was no clothes iron, just the ironing board. I went to Walmart to buy mirrors and an iron in order for 7 of us to get ourselves ready each day. Also, the lock on the main door for the building was stuck and we couldn’t get in or out, we had to be let in from someone inside on the side door way. All of those things were simple upkeep and inexpensive fixes. And I definitely did not expect the room to look like that and have basic amenities listed and needed. Also, not once did a housekeeper come to our room. My husband had to go find her to get clean towels and garbage bags to empty our own. The pictures are deceiving and the rooms do not look like that!!! Also, I have emailed a complaint to the general manager and have heard nothing back!
