Horrible Horrible Horrible! 

Keep scrolling don’t stay here! I booked a 250 square ft room with a kitchen and sofa with a queen bed! 

I was first disappointed because the indoor pool and included breakfast is at the hotel down the street!

When I walked into our room what I saw was a mini fridge, microwave and a small chair!

I called the front desk thinking they may have put us in the wrong room.. the employee has an “oh well” attitude!

I booked through booking.com and His remark to me was “this happens all the time”. 

That’s BS! It shouldn’t happen at all! I would pay maybe $99 for this room but absolutely no way would I have paid $250.

I’ve emailed the management of this place so let’s see if they even try to fix it.

G’ very unsatisfied!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible

Do not stay at this Motel, fraudulent charges on your debit or credit card, overcharged by one and a half times of the quoted rate. No customer service by ALL staff including the manger. I have called for 4 weeks waiting for a credit to my card and they keep stalling. Zero customer service. They say there is an extra bed, a hid a bed, not really fit for a dog. I honestly hate to post negative reviews but this establishment deserves zero stars. There are so many better places to stay in ocean shores. So disappointed, the previous owner was cranky but she delivered.

Drive past the Westerly

This was a great little place.  The kitchenette was better supplied than a recent Airbnb I  stayed in.  The place was down to earth and cozy with soft sheets with blue designs and a quilt on the bed.  It felt very comfortable and I wished I could stay longer.  

The proprietor has a check-in time range but made accommodations for my late arrival.  Place has been remodeled and they allow pets.  I  recommend this place and would stay again.  It was a good value and is a local business.

Cozy and comfortable

We slept so sound! The beds and pillows were great. The room was small but well equipped, Microwave, stovetop, oven. All the kitchenware you would need to make a nice meal. Our dogs were happy. Quiet, the owner was a lovely elderly woman but still a bit of a ripper. She made me laugh. The house keeper was very nice and our room was very clean. I wish we had more time it would have been perfect for some clamming and fixing a meal of them there. Wi-Fi was FAST!

Best weekend ever!

Nice quaint little place. Very quiet and comfortable. Manager is friendly. Good value. Close to all shops. Walk to beach. Great low cost private little get a way. Small hotel style not a chain. Excellent bargain

Motel

Can't say enough about this wonderful, quaint motel! The entire premises is VERY well kept up, the room we stayed in (#9) was immaculate and very well stocked with lots of coffee (our personal favorite item to have - LOL). All ground-floor units. Separate lounge/TV area. VERY comfortable bed. Good location. All-in-all, a wonderful night's stay!

What a gem!

This motel is wonderful and perfect. The owner and staff are wonderful. I have never slept so well the beds are wonderful.. I wanted to stay here again over labor day but it was already full. The number one place to stay

Love

The Westerly is a small (about 11 rooms - all ground floor) family owned and operated motel.  I booked a two night stay through one of the on-line booking service sites and had requested a king sized bed room.  When I checked in, there were no more king size rooms available so the owner upgraded me to a Deluxe Queen room at the same price as a king room.  Very nice of them to do this...

The room was like a small one bedroom apartment.  It looked like it had been recently fully remodeled and was very comfortable.  Also, with a wooded area behind the rooms, the quiet and sleep quality was the best I had in a long while.

Great Place and Great Value

Stayed one night . Lovely homely motel. Comfortable bed. Separate lounge/tv area. Kitchen fully fitted , cooker, fridge, microwave.  Good WiFi.parking at front. Good location close to the beach. Friendly check in. Lots of places to eat nearby a bit pricey so we drove 5 minutes down the road to the casino to eat at the buffet. I would stay here again , very nice. 

Quaint motel good location 

We stayed here as a last minute get away night and it was a little too expensive for what you get. I think you could most definitely get a better bang for your buck somewhere else in ocean shores. Probably wouldn’t go back.
