The town was full and we have a dog so I made reservations here.  One of the lowest prices of all hotels, it is certainly adequate.  It's an old building, the room was small and dim but I didn't come to lounge in a hotel room.  It was remarkably quiet, easy access and was as clean as beach side lodging can be.  Heidi and Rita were very nice, helpful and friendly.

I am overwhelmed with everything that was wrong with the motel. Our room: it was outdated with sticky furniture and a dirty toilet. bowl The window panes are plastic and don't allow sliding a window to escape in an emergency if the door is blocked.  Is that legal? One window was bordered with black mold. When I showered, the water went from hot, to cold, to boiling hot, as in one could be scalded. It was a typical rainy weekend, and the downspouts were seemingly non-existent, and the water poured from the ends of the building. The entrance to the motel's office was located in an area which had a mini pond in front of it, the passage  the vehicle was required to drive through to the rooms. The parking lot had an abundance of rain puddles which needed to me maneuvered as one unpacked the car and walked to the room. Overall, the stay was dreadful.

We checked in with our 2 chihuahuas and within 15 minutes dogs were barking outside our window and a man we didn't know stuck his head in in our window.  There were no screens.  A lot if the motel patrons seemed to be having a great time barbecuing in the parking lot.  This was not a place to relax.  We checked out in less than an our and wouldn't even give us a partial refund.  It was worth the change for a clean place and comfortable surrounding.  Do not wast by our money at the Beach Walk Inn, you will be very disappointed.

The smell and how unclean  it felt.

We had a double room booked which was like 1950's dated from the carpet to the tv and the counter tops the walls had wall paper that was peeling off from the edges and staples were holding it back down the beds werent to old but the sheets and the blankets had a smell to them there was no a/c at all couldnt open the window either due to no screen so the bugs would be in the room all night as well as it being hot. check in was a good 20 min wait they didnt ask who all was in the car so they only got my girl friends id and her name as a registered guess there was no phone in the room but there was a phone book from 5 years back

very out dated

We had reserved the two bedroom suite. Ha! What a joke. The smell was awful...moldy, musty, the furnishings looked like garage sale rejects. There was a huge chunk of flooring missing in front of the kitchen sink. There was construction going on in the motel. You had to call a # to get the host to come to the office. We chose not to stay...and were charged $159. We went across the street to the Sands and it was VERY NICE! I would not recommend the Beach Walk Inn to anyone UNLESS you prefer a dump.

Had reservation booked through Expedia... asked to see room before we checked in...it was awful.
