Shreya the manager  was Awesome. My husband and I were down for a funeral we checked in at 5am Shreya was so welcoming and understanding. She really went over and beyond  to get myself and my husband a good deal. Thank you Shreya for making our stay so welcoming I would definitely stay again. As well as recommend the super 8 to my family and friends. Also the rooms are nice and clean the pillows are so soft and the price is very worth the stay.

Wow really surprised how nice is this motel, newly remodeled, 2king size beds plus a sofa bed, bathroom with super nice and clean towels, shampoo and conditioner good quality, continental breakfast included, but the nice about this place is that the beach is at a walking distance, close to restaurants,bars, etc also Thursday is the street fair,  I highly recommend this place is super clean, super price, free parking,

Room was perfect, pretty new, very very clean, towels were so soft, slept so well. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of tv channels for the flat panel tv. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Nice security locks but very safe area. Parking was a bit of an issue. Didn't try the  coffee and muffins for breakfast. Staff was very friendly but not very familiar with Camarillo to get recommendations or directions. They did provide a map. Very good value! I hghly recomment it as a former 20 year hotel manager. NO complaints at all.

Excellent value for a nearly new room. Very very clean. 

Although this place was renovated, the area is not desirable for families.   It’s only 15 minutes from main stores, but would not recommend walking.  Also, whatever bleach they use to clean the room and sheets and towels with is super strong that it’s all we can smell as soon as we enter the room.  That cannot be good to be inhaling all night.   For the price, it’s worth spending a few dollars more to go somewhere else, closer to the beach.

Nice location, short walking distance to many restaurants and pier. Staff is really friendly. Room had been completely renovated and all new updated finishings. Overall room was great!!!!!! WiFi is really spotty, worked about 25% of time. They are currently doing major renovations at this hotel so part of parking lot was tore up. It was really loud with jackhammers from about 7-7 and construction people constantly staring at guests. Also it's right on a main road so traffic noise is very loud at all hours. With all that being said I would stay here again AFTER all the renovations have been completed.

I liked the apartment very much. The bathroom was really clean. One quilt had some hair, so the linen washing could use a bit more attention. It was not dusty and the kitchen was also clean. Everything is new and modern. The parking spot is just there in the garage and it was included in the price. The neighborhood is very nice, modern, and clean and there are shops. It is near the lake. The metro station is next to the building and the U2 line goes to the city center and it is really fast. It takes about 35 minutes.

Recommend

Late check in, made a deposit and got a key. Room seemed ok, no good, not average, but for late on a friday evening it was ok. The next morning I needed a shower, going to a wedding rehearsal and lunch that day. NO HOT WATER. I asked the desk guy, he said he'd have it working in 10 minutes. In about 10 minutes he told me to leave. He returned my deposit, and I left. Nothing good to say about this place. Suggest you avoid it.

Very poor, go elsewhere

Good value for the money, can be a little noisy with traffic because of its situation which is on the other hand a handy benefit as we had to travel down to Encinitas every day, I got used to it after the first night. I found the room to be clean and spacious with a big comfortable bed, newish AC, fridge/freezer, microwave, a big TV and good Wifi. We got into watching a movie the morning we checked out which ran past 11am checkout time and the manager had no problem with us hanging out in the room to see the end of it. The only negative was that the shower in our room took quite a while to run warm.

Large TV and great Wifi

We had booked two nights in this Motel but 'fled' after a horrible first night. The beds, towels, carpet and toilet were extremely dirty spotting an interesting combination of half-heartedly washed out blood, feces and urin stains. To add insult to injury the walls are paper thin meaning that you can here your neighbours and the outside traffic all through the night. The icing on top of the cake was our entry door which seems to have painted over bullet holes? Do not stay here! Sleep in your car / on the beach or anywhere else

Terrible motel - dirty, noisy and unpleasant 

Came here for the weekend with my husband who is scouting at work on the coast, and ended up staying two weeks because this is the best bang for your buck around the area super clean rooms and the front desk is extremely helpful with that lot of knowledge of the area thanks Motel 9

Affordable and excellently located right off the highway and not even a mile from the ocean Coast surprisingly cozy.
