Stayed here during 50th class reunion event.  Close to KSU, Amish country and family.  
Easy freeway access.  Best pool of any hotel I've stayed at.  Staff modified services due to Covid but they were diligent in making sure all surfaces were sanitized and all guests were protected.

Convenient location

Been staying here one week a year for 6 years and this will be my last. let me give you a long list of how awful.
Front Lobby, looked like the floor had not been vacuumed in a few weeks. The couch had stains on it like someone had urinated on it.
The continental Breakfast has resorted to a few bananas and maybe so cakes from the gas station out front.
Washer and or Dryer was out of order.
The hall ways smelled of mold and mildew
The lady's room in the lobby was out of order for a week.
There was hardly never anyone at the front desk.
We found a chicken bone, rusty nail and other items not sure of in the pool
the tile in the pool was held up with duct tape
glass in the ceiling of pool house was about to fall in
like some on commented earlier the only ice machines working are still the 3rd and 4th floor
water damage in the corner of our room
wall paper pealing all over the place
door frames all chipped, scratched and in need of  paint.
Grass a foot high in the gutters
Birds nest and algae on the front of the place.
neither flag poles had a flag on it.
Had to continue to get keys rescan( watch it they will give anyone a key to your room)
There is plenty more, and i am sure that they will come back and stay this is not normal. I say it is their normal . 
fix the place and cleaning it up or shut it down is there best option

AWFUL.......

Amazing staff. Clean room. All around great hotel to stay at!! The new guy with the long hair was very professional and the manager, sorry forgot her name, but she was amazing. Service was spectacular. The room was amazing. Everything you needed was provided. Complimentary breakfast was simple and good. Overall will stay there again

Amazing!

Like the title says, the prices for what you're getting us great!  This hotel has a small indoor water park, which consists of two slides, dumping buckets of water, a lazy river, and plenty room to swim.  They've also got a jetted hot tub for the grown-ups, which was fantastic.  The pool area was heated well, so even though the temperature outside was pretty cold inside that room felt like summer!  There's also a small game room and a gym.  Our bedroom was decent sized, not huge but not too small.  My bed was EXTREMELY comfortable!  All the staff I met seemed friendly.  I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future and recommend it to anyone with kids!

Great prices and my kids LOVED the small water park/pool

OMG. I cannot describe to you how bad this hotel is. We were on spring break and stopped here because we were tired of driving. I am used to Comfort Inns being up to a certain standard. Clearly this hotel is only for kids using the water park. Nothing is clean oh, nothing is working, and everything is outdated. Our toilet was broken and ran all night. Please see my pictures to see the stains running down the Walls. All public spaces were filthy. The floors have never been mopped. The breakfast was awful, the juice machine was broken. All of the ice machines are broken except third floor. There is garbage stacked up in the hall. The worst part is their prices are not that good. And we weren't even allowed to use the waterpark. I cannot describe to you how disappointed we were. Do not go here. There are no covid pre cautions in place. This is strictly a place for children to trash. So disappointed in Comfort Inn.

The lobby looks nice.   Once you get off the elevator though you find that this hotel is not kept up.  Lots of updates needed from cleaning to painting to replacing furniture.   Our shower did not drain well,  there was urine in the base of the toilet and the shower head had never been cleaned because there was so much build up you had minimal water output.   The one chair in the room was so full of stains no one wanted to use it.   The vent in the bathroom was full of dust.   There were cobwebs in the ceiling corners.   Stains on the bedspreads.   Paint chipping from the doors in the hallways.   $20 a day to use the pool.   Just some things.   One up side was Sara who worked the desk at night.   Other than her the staff was rude and unhelpful

Disappointed 

I alwats stay at this comfort inn while traveling in this area. Location is very convenient.  Staff is very friendly. Rooms are always clean and smell nice. Breakfast is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice

Our room was very nice and clean as was the whole hotel. Many families were there for the pool but since it was just the two of us they put us away from all that foot traffic which was appreciated. My only complaint would be the air freshener housekeeping must have sprayed after cleaning the room.

Clean and comfortable

We have visited this hotel over a dozen times over the last 10 years and loved coming here for the waterpark.  Haven't been here past 2 years and has it ever been let go and starting to look rundown.  The inside is in dire need of a paint job.  The sauna apparently hasn't worked in 2 years but it still shows on their website as an amenity.  Same for the hot tub; its on the website but apparently hasn't been working lately so another disappointment for the family looking forward to enjoying those amenities.  The waterpark was such a disappointment this time as the pool was so murky and cloudy that my oldest wouldn't even go in it. They had not towels for the younger one who did want to go in and place was packed.  I think they are allowing day passes so public can come in whereas in past, it was only for hotel guests.  Hotel room was in need of repair and again looking very beat up.  Go to get into bed to find some weird stuff on the sheets,  Almost like glue; dont even know how to describe it but totally turned me off.  Why would they even put those sheets on the bed?? I almost wonder if new owners or management as 2 years ago this place was great and the upkeep was there.  Not anymore; it has been totally let go both inside and out.  We will never again return which is a shame as we have been going to this hotel on and off for many years.  Terrible experience especially when the waterpark is the main attraction for us.  Worst; when I complained to front desk she said manager would call us.....still waiting for that call.  Avoid unless you have extremely low standards,

Rundown and poor management

We came up here for a little getaway and for something to do inside. We were greeted promptly and checked in smoothly. The room was not bad and the separation btw the king bed and pull out was nice. Only complaint was that the pull out mattress was totally worn out but the staff downstairs went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was comfortable. Thank you! We’ll be back.
