Pros: Everyone was nice, price was good, room was clean, bed and bedding comfy, close to airport. 

Cons: Whatever they use to deodorize the room, it was way too strong, and it was blowing out of the a/c unit. Had to scale back on the a/c use despite the humid weather. 
The room only had one towel for the both of us, thought that was weird. It was too late when we discovered it, so hubs used a hand towel to dry off.

Good Location, Good price

Stayed here the night before my trip home. Sonia (sp?) was so friendly in picking me up and checking me in. Nice clean room. Shuttle any time of day to the airport.

The area looks a little sketchy for me but it is safe and walking distance to some stores.

Friendly staff, great location for the price

We stayed there one night, on a park/fly deal, as we had an early flight out of Dayton the next morning.

The hotel is old and the rooms could use some upgrading, but they're clean and comfortable. Part of the hotel doesn't look like it's used any longer, that's where they park the cars for the park part of the park/fly option.

The staff was friendly. Check in was efficient. The same guy was working the next morning at 4:30 when we needed the shuttle as was working the previous night at 7:00 when we got there. He was very helpful. When we flew back in, the shuttle was there quickly and got us back to our car and on our way. 

You wouldn't stay here for the amenities, but it's clean, reasonably priced, and close to the airport.

It was fine for what we were looking for

The staff was helpful, especially Bob.  The rooms are remodeled, very good WIFI, clean room, comfy beds, free shuttle, good Continental breakfast, and  Domino delivers pizza.
Cons strong smell of fabric refresher and difficult to understand staff on phone.

Great for an overnight before flght

I'm not sure why this motel got some bad reviews, the staff seemed to go out of their way to help me when I needed it.  I stayed here many times on layover and over the past year I've seen lots of positive changes from the new manager.  The rooms have been renovated and the owner (Ron?) stated he will continue to make changes.  

The room was comfortable and I personally judge a motel/hotel by how I feel the next morning. Did I get a restful night(s) sleep?  Did I wake up refreshed? Yes!  The motel is VERY quiet at night; much quieter than larger multi-story hotels. One doesn't hear airport noise like one would expect given how close it is.  Also, the room was warmed before I arrived so I could go right to sleep.  

I have no complaints and will continue to stay here on layovers and with my family when we're road tripping.
