We booked 2 nights for a business trip because the motel location was very close by. We walked in the room and wow..there is a big hole in the wall. The sink was broken and hanging down into the vanity. I sat on the bed and it was WET! 🤢 My husband went and got a new set of sheets..they handed them to him wadded up in a ball. These sheets had blood all over them. The 3rd set also stained up. We went to Walmart and got our own sheets. I will just post pics so you can see for yourself!!

It could not have been worse

We stayed here formone night for an early start onwards into Nebraska, booking the place for the location and the price (arriving late eveing and starting early the next day it seemed pointless spending very much at all).

First impressions.... not great.  I suppose you cant hold a hotel accountable for its guests, and one shouldnt judge books by covers, and if people look incredibly shady that doesnt mean they are shady (to cut a long story short the upper crust of society don't seem to be regular clients - quite the opposite). Lots of people carrying their own duvets around for some reason.

The night manager (or whatever the term may be) didn't seem to be completley at the races either... hardly welcoming or reassuring.

The upstairs corridor had an odd smell....  kind of a chemical smell trying very hard to mask an even worse smell of unknown origin....   so far so bad....

Got into the room quickly and locked ourselves in.  The surprising thing was the room was OK.  It was clean, hardly luxurious but not a fleapit either.... functional.  Wifi worked really well, hot water was fine and the bed relativeley comfortable.  Once in the room the hotel was absolutley fine !  Slept perfectly well.

Morning we up and left - didnt bother with breakfast as much as the room was fine some of the weirder occupiers were ensconsed in the breakfast room.  In daylight the area looked far less "dodgy" than at night.

So a tough one to call - in retrospect it was ok....  I guess if you pay bottom dollar you cant expect the earth and we slept fine.

Functional.....

Dirty, inside and out. Our room floors were filthy, but having a dog and a one night stay,  I put up with it. Staff was competent, but uninterested. The hotel seemed like a welfare hotel. Creepy and right off the interstate in an industrial area. Noisy. Yuk.

Keep Driving

They saved my cats and I. I booked with another hotel that said on their site and on a phone call they were pet/cat friendly. only to drive 12 hours and learn from another staffer they did not allow cats. so in a complete panic, I reached out to the Motel 6,knowing they would take my cats but I called to make sure, and within the hour they had an amazing room for me! I have been talking the poor clerks ear off since I got here. She has been so super amazing with answering all my questions and directing me to different places for food/oil change/shopping/snow tires.  I out here for 8 weeks, so i want to be as prepared as ai can.

They are my HEROS!

The title says it all great they don't charge a deposit but pay 4 internet which every motel I've been to Internet is free get with the program motel 6 beds were nice bathroom and no breakfast not even donuts or juice i don't like coffee

Why pay for Internet

Basically I was called a liar by their staff when one of their maids said I yelled at her which is 100% untrue so now I've been here for days and days and no towels had to buy my own toilet paper these people are scum of the Earth some old lady at the desk basically said that she stands by her maid and I did nothing of the sort what kind of people are these people monsters haters liars and you know what comes after that cheaters and thieves and I did not deserve to be treated like this I did not yell at anybody and I was not even told this at all it happened weeks ago and it was told to my ex-girlfriend did they were scared to clean my room it's funny the same cleaning lady was beating on my door 3 days ago when I overslept yelling you need to get up and pay for another day not even a phone call that was done deliberately on purpose and it is just straight up ghetto scummy behavior and I even tip some of those staff $10 for cleaning my room what a pack of degenerate scum bags

This Motel 6 in Omaha Nebraska on Sapp Drive was a very nice, clean and friendly stay. The man at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating and friendly his name was Hoovie. Great guy! The room was clean and nice. The day was about 91 outside a d aircondioner worked great very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back to this Motel 6 in Omaha.

With this hotel, you REALLY get what you pay for!!  You don't pay much, but you don't GET much, either!!  No frig, no microwave, no coffee pot, no iron, not even a dresser to put your clothes.  What it DOES have is clean rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a convienient location!  Can't beat the price!  The staff is fine.  Not overly friendly but not nasty, either.  Plenty of parking and free wi fi.  The area is SERIOUSLY lacking in restaurants, but that's not really THEIR fault.  We went to Omah to see a Storm Chasers game.  This hotel is VERY close to the ballpark...about a seven minute drive!!!  I wouldn't want to stay for a LONG period of time, but its pretty good for a budget over-nighter!!

NO FRILLS To Say The Least!

No breakfast, no microwave, no fridge, no tissues in holder, no shampoo, no hairdryer, no clock, not a comfortable bed.  Front desk staff was nice and switched us from the room that had mold to a new room.

First & last time, sorry.

Motel 6s are not plush, not special but are very good value. Often near a major road but rarely in the quaint parts of town they are functional rather than special.

That's true of this one. We were glad to find it and it gave us what we needed: a bed, cheapish rates, working wifi, easy free parking and access to a fast road out of town.

In addition, the staff on the desk were very efficient and pleasant (their nose-studs did not affect their customer care one bit).
