This is the worst hotel ever.  I received an email two days before my stay reminding me of my reservation.  The email stated I had a superior suite room that came with a hot breakfast.  The room was not superior and definitely not a suite.  It barely qualified as a standard room.  The breakfast was a packaged muffin and a granola bar.  I was informed they hadn’t have a hot breakfast for several months—FALSE ADVERTISING.  The lobby is very austere—looks nothing like the picture on their website.  The people checking us in looked very unprofessional and had difficulty working their computer.  The hall carpets were dirty and there was a huge pile of trash on our floor by the elevators.  The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet seat did not fit properly.  The shower water turned ice cold halfway through.  The only positive thing of our stay was that the beds were comfortable.  This hotel has had many negative reviews over the past year, and it seems the same problems prevail.  They really don’t care.  If I could give them zero stars I would.

The worst hotel ever—they don’t care!

DO NOT STAY.  The city of Omaha should revoke this hotel’s business license.  There is drug and police activity here, and it also serves as homeless housing.  We booked 25 rooms for a group trip for families with elementary aged kids.  The check-in process was very manual and at least 2 families were given duplicate rooms.  While we were waiting for nearly an hour to check in, there was police activity in the parking lot and DEA agents entered the hotel.  Upon entering our rooms, one family found mice droppings, one family was given an active key card to an already occupied room, at least one family was given a dirty room, and multiple families were given rooms for a single occupancy.  We were advised by the police that the hotel was not safe for young children, and we learned the city has fire code violations on file for the water park.  The hotel tower was filthy with stained carpets and food on the floor.

School group trip; so bad we didn’t stay

Reserved two different ways through their website & neither reservation popped up in their system after 30 minutes. Ended up paying full price for a room that I shouldn’t have. No discounts were given. Receptionist wasn’t exactly kind either. Will not use again. 

Not helpful

Don’t plan on ever staying again room was wrong. Spiders and several holes in wall. Wouldn’t trade rooms as front desk states they were booked if the room in which i had actually booked causing my family to have to sleep on the floor

Horrible service

Our group checked in and after discovering how dirty the hotel was, we all checked out. We went across the street to the DoubleTree, a much nicer hotel. It looked like this hotel hadn't been cleaned in months! During a pandemic, you'd think they'd be more aware.

They ended up only cancelling one of my rooms, still charging me 5 nights for my other room. I've called the hotel several times and left messages, but no response.

Charged for no stay

They’re website is deceiving. The pool admittance is not included in the price of the room and the “suite” and I use that term very loosely is nothing like their website describes. Mold growing in the AC and who knows where else. 

Don’t believe the pics and know ahead that the pool costs extra

We stayed one night as a large group. Our group was split between opposite ends of the hotel which seemed odd.
Where the pool was when this was a Holiday Inn, there is now a congregating space with more outlets than I've ever seen in a room and many great spots to gather and hang out.
The staff was friendly.
Our room had major water damage on the ceiling, and there were multiple buckets in the hallways throughout the former Holiday Inn end. 
There was debris from the wall decor strewn all over that should have been cleaned up.
This hotel is pet friendly. That being said, there was dog poop in the hallway this morning.
The rooms are really small, but they do come with an electric fireplace. The beds were comfortable. Our room fan blew all.night.long and wouldn't turn off, as the knobs were broken off. 
The bathtub had mold in the corners. The faucet handle turned as hard as any faucet I've ever used, and made a super loud noise when turning. The water took forever to get lukewarm with the faucet at its hottest.

The hotel will be undergoing room renovation beginning August 2021 if all goes as planned. Hopefully this will address most of the issues we saw.

Aging property in need of upcoming renovations

Took 2 hours before we left. Given an already occupied room to stay in, twice. Armed security and the staff had no idea who was assigned to those rooms. The hotel is not secure, or safe. 

Took 45 minutes to try and check in with 30+ people in front of us. Then 50+ people were behind us in a line extending into the parking lot. Then our first room was occupied after we walked half a mile to the room. Staff wouldn’t answer the desk phone so we walked a half mile back. They sent a security guard to find out who was in the room and by the time he came back we had been at the hotel for about 90 minutes and still didn’t have a room to stay in. They gave us keys to a second room after calling the room to see if it was occupied (weird). So we walked half a mile back to the new room which was the next one over from the first occupied room that had been full of kids toys, tv going, and smelled like old food. The second room had two shirtless guys inside getting ready for a wedding, at least they didn’t attack us for seemingly breaking into their occupied room. 

They were nice enough to offer to call the front desk but their room phone broke into 3-4 pieces when they picked it up, so the hotel’s method of checking if a room is occupied which is already weird, certainly won’t work when the room phone is broken. 

We opted to leave because there’s no chance a hotel is safe or secure if they don’t know who is in their rooms, and if they are issuing room keys to already occupied rooms. Randy the manager will do nothing to help you sort out the situation and we’ve had to have our credit card company fight the room charges since we were never able to check in. Stay far, far away from this place. 

Given an occupied room twice

Dirty stained carpets, splattered blood on lamp shade, tub did not drain, front entrance not secure, afraid to touch anything as it was so filthy and disgusting!! Homeless people bussed in and staying in same area (digging in garbages, drugs, cops, arguing and yelling with staff)...not at all what we expected!  Someone tried getting into our room at 12am...did not feel safe here at all! 

Horrible!! Would not let my worse enemy stay here!

FILTHY & DISGUSTING - This place should not be allowed to serve as a hotel. It needs to be shut down. Before you even get to your room you know it’s not going to be good. The lobby looks like they haven’t vacuumed in 5 years, the smell is awful, the elevators were absolutely disgusting... then you get to your floor the hallway has trash everywhere you turn, dirty laundry just piled in random spots, again with the horrid smell... then you get to your room - it’s not any better than any other spot - all I can say is absolutely mortified with this place. Also when coming to and from the hotel there are always people outside who look like they are on drugs and/or homeless. Just congregating there. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE AND NO ONE SHOULD STAY THERE. 
The water park was fun but also extremely dirty. There is no pride or integrity being put into this place.
