Stayed here Sept 9-12.  Also in June 2018.  Elevators are much better, but the crowds are smaller now than June 2018.  We had a clean and comfortable condo, and all common areas were clean.  Based on this stay, I would love to stay here again and I would recommend. Lazy river is a nice touch.  Had a washer and dryer in our room. 
Only set back, I thought it was a little pricey.

Cell phones do not work inside this building. They also do not work in the parking deck. When I called the front desk they said they'll inform anyone that calls them about this but they don't advertise it on their website. The only way to make phone calls is inside your room with Wi-Fi calling. The problem is that most of the Wi-Fi is up-and-down. Very very not technology friendly at this condo.
 You cannot make phone calls or even check an email on the computer because of intermittent Internet issues and the fact that no sale service works anywhere on the property. Again they said they warn people about this if they call them but you have to call them to find out about this problem.

I was so excited for this vacation, and to be with my family for a whole week. 
Arrival was smooth, got into the unit and had groceries delivered and waited for the family to arrive.upon entering, the unit looked pleasing with 3 bedrooms a 3 1/2 bathrooms. First thing I noticed were the floors. The floors had not been cleaned. I have a 4 year lols great granddaughter who is special needs and sometimes crawls to get around. 15 minutes into the stay, I looked at her and she was filthy from being on the floor. I immediately called Liquid Life, the rental company to make sure they had been there on that day. Liquid Life sent 2 people to the condo the next day to clean the floors. The mop they used was filthy dirty. 
Later that evening, I cooked and afterwards wanted to used the dishwasher and it was not working properly. I washed the dishes myself and called to let Liquid Life know the dishwasher wasn’t working. No return call. The next day, headed to the beach. It was a beautiful day, had so much fun. I thought old wash beach towels. The towels wouldn’t go through the rinse cycle, so I had 7 wet towels to deal with. 2 days went by before someone came to look at it. At that point I was beside myself. I got up early the next day, called Liquid Life and was told someone would be over that morning. The guy got there at 8:30pm. Did nothing. The next day they brought a different machine and while taking the old one out, flooded the entire floor. May I suggest not using Liquid Life to rent this unit. They are of no help and I spent 4,500.00 for the week. What a disaster it was!

Nice Complex with a lazy river and indoor pool, But don’t book with Phoenix Rentals. I experienced unauthorized use of my credit card. I do recommend liquid life Rentals or Meyer; any agency but Phoenix rentals!

Be Careful of rental companies

Stayed in a 3 bed / 4 bath unit owned by Brett Robinson.  Lots of space, nicely arranged upon arrival.  Amenities on the grounds were good.  Lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor pool, and a slide.  Close access to the beach with kid safety gates at all entry points.  Some things in the room could have been updated to really set this unit apart from other air bnb options.  Main TV is a little dated.  Flatscreen, but old.  Didn’t format the Dish TV perfectly, screen was cutoff on the sides a little.  Plenty of channels to chose from though.  Not the biggest of deals since we aren’t watching TV the entire stay, but still.  Cords were just hanging and exposed, flat screen was wall mounted.  Would be much cleaner if the cords were hidden with a wall mount kit. Appliances were good, and plenty of kitchenware provided.  Didn’t hear neighbors on the sides, but the unit above us had kids running around and they were moving furniture constantly, which could be heard easily and very frustrating.  Was a little worried about the spring break crowd in that we came with small kids, but wasn’t too bad.  Other than the heard of elephants in the unit upstairs, everyone respected the quiet times (10pm to 8am).  Would likely visit again, but may consider another unit that’s owned by someone else.

Reasonable value, met expectations.

We booked this condo spending over $5K for a month-long stay. We've not had a working washing machine since we checked in a week ago. We've called four times to get it repaired with no response. I learned on the fourth call to customer service that this was a known issue more than a week before we checked in for our stay. We were never notified of the issue before we checked in. You don't get what you pay for. Renter beware.

Phoenix West 1606 - Renter beware!

We spent a week at  Phoenix West 2302 managed through Brett Robinson.  The microwave was broken when we arrived.  What do they bring? A huge one to sit on the nonexistent counter tops.  Then apparently the dishwasher was pooring water to place below.  Literally had a huge humidifier and a huge commercial fan blowing until the night before we left.  They don't seem to think it was a big deal.  We have stayed at Phoenix West before when we couldn't get one at Tourquoise and it was fine.  It was handled by the owner though.  I would suggest if you do have to stay at Phoenix West avoid this Condo and Brett Robinson at all cost.

Phoenix West 2302 Everything Broken Slow Response to Correcting

We stayed in condo unit 2405 and loved this location!  The condo was a perfect size for our family of 8.  The lazy river was my favorite thing about the condo and appreciated that they had rafts available for everyone to use.  I never had to wait more than once or twice around the lazy river before one became available.  Parking was usually ok unless you got back late at night- then you had to improvise.  While at first I was very annoyed with the rental company for taking up the prime beach area with their rental chairs and umbrellas. we did take advantage of it the last couple days of our trip.  The staff was wonderful as they continued to make their rounds and asked if you needed anything (umbrella up or down), collected your trash, and were very helpful.  I haven't been to this part of the gulf coast, and was surprised by the amount of seaweed in the water, and few times I heard of someone getting stung by a jellyfish, though we are in the ocean so it should be expected.  I would stay at this condo again if I travel back to Orange Beach- I really was happy with it!

Perfect Location for Orange Beach

I have rented several times from Brett Robinson and don’t normally complain but these accommodations were beyond not good. The condo had three bedrooms, one of which smelled like spoiled milk and vomit. The dishwasher wheels were broken and kept falling off and didn’t seem to clean the dishes. Our family always does one night with a shrimp boil, however the stove wouldn’t even boil a pot of water. We left it on high for over 40 minutes and water never boiled. The coffee maker took forever to brew a pot of coffee. The dishes in cabinet were not clean so didn’t want to use them since dishwasher didn’t seem to clean either. 
The TVs which were Dish wouldn’t work. It continually said partial signal loss or full signal loss so couldn’t even watch TV, which is needed with four little ones. (And the World Series) 
The furniture in den had a broken ottoman and the blinds had missing slats laying on the floor when we arrived. The screen door was off the sliding door and laying on the balcony. All of which I reported to front desk. 

Our family takes a trip every year to the beach and this was by far the worst place we have stayed. 
Definitely would not rent again.

The hotel is nice, beautiful, spacious, pools are fun, and easy access to the beach. The people we rented the  room from CHANGED THE CODE AND WE GOT LOCKED OUT! I have a three year old son and we were locked out for 30 minutes until we could get someone on the phone to help us with the code. The hotel is not responsible for private owned rooms and do not have access. Also while we were gone someone came into our room to HANG TOWELS IN OUR SHOWER! I know for a fact the towels were not in the shower when we left to go eat. My little boy was playing In the shower bc he thought the door the fun. Needless to say we will not be renting from these people EVER AGAIN!
