Gorgeous 180 degree view of the ocean! Probably one of the best views I have ever had and the best part about the condo. The balcony was very large and wrapped around and  there was a smaller balcony off another room with a king size bed. The master room had two balcony doors although the handles were missing from the outside so they were difficult to open. The kids room had a bunk bed that was very wobbly and unsafe as the ladder wasn’t hooked on very well at all so they mostly ended up sleeping with us adults. There is an outside pool with a kiddie pool plus an indoor pool and hot tub. It was a very short walk to the ocean after getting off the elevator. Parking was very easy and we never got a bad spot. Another thing I liked was the luggage carts provided to get luggage and/or groceries up and down. This was so convenient. Not much extra was provided in the way of toilet paper or hand soap but other than that and the wobbly bed, those were my only concerns. The mattresses and pillows were comfy and I would recommend this condo.

Very disappointed in our stay.  First we understood their would be constructive going on during May/June due to the “balconies railing being redone” but having reservations towards the end of June we certainly didn’t expect our patio to be closed between 8am-5pm and that our ground floor unit wouldn’t even be accessible to the pool/beach area which is why we reserved the unit.  Also, disappointed in the unit itself… The 3-bdrm unit sleeps 6-8 people but there’s not seating in the living area for more than 4 people.  There’s seating for 10 in the dining/bar area so you’ll have to bring one of those hard chairs just for others to sit.  The dishes/silverware in the kitchen seems grimy so much we washed anything we used before we used it.  The sheets on the queen bed had sand on them so they must not have been cleaned.  Have been coming to the area for 30+ years and have stayed at several different places but have never been this disappointed before. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Stayed in this condo for a month.   Great views.  Newly updated condo with new kitchen and walk in shower.   Great deck with awesome beach views.  Owners are great to work with and have done a great job of updating and maintaining this condo.   Can’t go wrong staying.   We will be back!

Really awful stay. The complex needs updating. They did construction during our stay. We were not told ahead of time this would be going on during fall break. The construction was load drilling on the balconies. Debris fell on my son. We could not enjoy the beach it was so loud. When I called to complain on Monday October 14th the switch board operator was rude. Instead of being considerate she told me she would explain that she was not the person to help me but could not “because I would not SHUT UP!” Awful. I would never stay here again. The office said they must have missed the fact construction was going on. Well, to miss informing customers this would be going on during fall break is mismanagement or deceit. To their credit they said they would refund 10% back to our credit card. Just based on how rude they operator was I would not return. Our particular condo was updated (1003) but some of the furniture was falling apart. The beach is the same no matter which complex you stay in so do your self a favor and stay somewhere else!

Beware Shoalwater

When we got to the condo it was not cleaned yet and it was a mess. Meyer Realty sent one person to clean a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. The poor woman worked all by herself for 3 hours. She did a good job under the circumstances. We finally got in condo and settled in by 7 pm. Check in was at 4 pm. The refrigerator is falling apart as well as the stove. Beginning On day 3 there was sandblasting going on all day. We couldn't sit on the balconly due to the noise from the sandblasting. We also saw roaches in the kitchen. This was the worst we have experienced.

Worst vacation ever

Second time year to stay at this condo. We love it!
Owners are great to work with and quick to be in touch. 
Condo is amazing, has everything you need for a prefect vacay! 
Morning coffee of the deck and evening cocktails, there's nothing better!

Stayed 6 weeks.  The unit is a very clean, decorated nicely and well located. Parking easy but kind of hard to see due to shrubs but once you locate the Holiday Inn sign next door, you know the turn off is next.  Liked the master bedroom with good king size bed.  All  other bedrooms worked great for visiting family.  Kitchen had all that we needed.  Only wish there were 2 chairs instead of love seat as was a problem when we had guests for seating.  View and location to beach excellent.

My family agrees that when we come back we want to rent the same condo! The view is beautiful and the condo is very nicely furnished! Comfortable beds and furniture! Very close to the water and the baby pool was very nice to have since we had a little one... we will be back!!

Let me start first off that this unit is clean and mostly modern.  The beds are wonderful, the decor is nice.  The view amazing.  Everything in the unit works, lots of dishes and utensils.  Everything someone would need for cooking.  It is a very nice unit and budget friendly for a family vacation.  Our family wasn't looking for a high end condo.  It meets our expectations to a T.  However there are a few things that we felt like could have been better.  First and most important is the keys to the condo.   They are actual keys.  No codes to the door, no cards.  Real keys.  It seems like a small thing.  It ended up being a serious pain for us.  We have teen age kids.  They wanted to come and go.  We only had two keys.  So we have to walk from the beach and let someone in the condo every time.  It is a serious inconvenience.   Secondly if you are looking for a newer condo complex, this is not the place for you.  It is older, not as many amenities as newer complexes.  Our actual unit has been updated and was nice. Parking is kind of a pain when the place is sold out.   Security guards do there job a little too well.  All in all I give our actual unit 4 stars.  The condo was right in our budget and if you don't expect too much you will enjoy staying here.

We stayed there last summer and have reserved this unit again for a week this summer.  The unit is well appointed and the view is amazing.  The outdoor pool is very nice and so is the indoor pool.  There is also a hot tub, sauna and work out room in the building with the indoor pool. We didn't use the tennis courts or play basketball but the courts look like they are very well kept.  I read a review that "Jennifer S. from Zachary" wrote and I had a completely different opinion than her.  Like she said, the hot and cold water are reversed in the master bathtub/shower, which was not a big deal.  It took about 5 seconds to figure out and we had hot water all week long.  We didn't have to call maintenance to figure that one out and certainly didn't need or expect an apology.  Just got a good laugh when I saw that! LOL 

Can't wait to go back this summer!!
