My sister stayed here because she was looking for an inexpensive hotel rental near me. I had to bring my mop and clean the floors myself and the water in my mop bucket turned BLACK twice! 
Not only that there were 4 washcloths and no towels, no floor towels, nothing. She had to ask for a towel to bathe the kids. 
The paint on the doors is peeling, piles of trash and old windows surrounding the dumpster. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay at this motel.

RUN , price isn’t worth it!

Very standard rooms, as expected for a value-based motel. Clean and pleasant. Friendly staff. We were looking for a place to sleep for the night, not for anything fancy, so it was perfect for us - but don't expect anything fancy. 

Good Place to Stay

I guess we should have believed the reviews. We checked in later in the evening and when we returned from getting dinner, I got ready for bed while my husband showered. I pulled the sheet back and low and behold, spots of fresh red blood (not a stain). I made my husband go get my sleeping bag from the car as it was way too late to deal with it. That was the first issue. 

The next, I went to shower on the morning and every towel I pulled out looked filthy and disgusting  (like they just folded the used towels back up). I didn’t even shower at that point. I just wanted to get the hell out of there. 

If you are in a budget and need a cheap place, take your own pillow and sleeping bath and possibly your own towel. 

The only good thing was the guy at the front desk was friendly when my husband checked us in.

Yuk!  This place horrendous

The room was filthy, cigarettes all over the stairs and hallways, no hot water, smells of cigarettes, bedding not changed hair and filth in it, floors sticky, no working tv, even with the cheap price nothing was worth that I don't understand how they're allowed to do business,

DISGUSTING, FILTHY

We were cycling through Florence in a bike tour of the Oregon coast and booker this motel in advance. It was gross. The sheets were stained, gritty, and had other people's hairs on them. When I told management, he replied "It's a public place and I only see one hair." I proceeded to point out *all* the hairs. The floor of our room was dirty with actual debris and trash. Even though we had been cycling for 50 miles and it was pouring rain, we decided not to stay there, got a refund, and found a cleaner place in town. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Dirty, gross, rude

Got a room fairly ez.  Why, I asked?  Well because it’s not a good place to stay.  It was filthy.  Nothing was c,ean.  Hairs in tub, poop in toilet basin, stained and dirty towels.  I’m not even sure that the bed sheets are clean.  I’m almost afraid to go to sleep.  The tile floor in the bathroom is all torn up like it was being replaced but the job never got done.  I understand that the hotels here in Florence are not cheap but this place is the worst I have ever stayed in and I’m 65 so I have stayed in many hotels.

Don’t stay here!

Me and grandma went to this hotel it was last resort to book hotel. We waited an hour and half past check in time and the sheets were dirty and shower curtain dirty. I had to replace  shower curtain myself. Guy at front desk was very rude! hard to get towels they were always out of clean towels.  We get home 3 days  later me and grandma have bumps and rashes on are arms.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to let people know not to stay at this place. It is the worst place I’ve ever stayed, it’s dirty and old, the bed sheets were dirty, holes in the door, unsweeped, the pillowcases no the same ( that’s a simple thing to make it look good) and the blankets were stained. I should have paid the extra 30.00 and stayed at a different place, lesson learned here. So grossed out by this room! We have to stay because no vacancy in town at all so we stripped the blankets and top sheets an we slept with the heater on.

Nice, older place, but fairly comfy. Reminded me of the places we stayed at as I traveled around with my parents. 

Motel is situated in area where food, gas or area visitations is easy and pretty direct.

Room was very clean, only draw back was no AC, but the window actually provided a little 'white noise,' which made our nights rest quite nice.

The staff was friendly and accommodating upon our arrival.

Entry, parking and leaving the motel was also very easy.

Slightly Nostalgic

There is truly nothing I can recommend about this motel. Two of three beds in our room consisted of a mattress on a much smaller foundation which caused it to sag and even up-end when sitting on the edge! I cannot believe some moron would actually design something so ridiculous! The windows had no screens and were full of cobwebs, the bathroom sink would not stop running and there was no where to hang anything in the bathroom. The ice machine was so disgusting, that I walked to a convenient store to buy some ice. We did not have enough towels, but there was no one in the office to get us extras. The pillow cases were all wrinkled and looked dirty. One bed had sand underneath the top spread.
