What was good

The location was great. It was in a central location with many restaurant choices nearby and it was hidden away from the chaotic traffic.

What was bad

The beds were comfortable. However our stay was not. The trash cans did not have any bags and all were dirty with gross remnants from the previous guest. The tissue box literally had 3 tissues left in it, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. When we ran out of tp, I made 3 calls to the front desk and no one delivered any up. I had to go down to the lobby after 20 min of my senior mother waiting in the bathroom. There was no hot water the 3 days we stayed which made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable. We traveled from Georgia to see family and could not take a decent shower because of this. I understand 1 day emergency, but for it to be all three days was ridiculous! On Saturday I called the front desk to inform them there still wasn’t any hot water. The clerk explained I needed to let the water run. So I did, for 25 min.! Yet, still no hot water! Needless to say we left extremely dissatisfied. When I mentioned it to the clerk at check out she apologized and asked if I wanted one hot meal for the troubles! That was an insult to the injuries already in place! I had a senior citizen who unfortunately relies on depends and no hot water to assist her. The staff was friendly at check in and check out, but unreliable throughout the stay. I was extremely disappointed as I expected more from this hotel.
