What a find! Very, very clean. Very friendly employees The price is very reasonable. Reservation made through booking.com and rooms requested with no problem.  Our Gramddaughter had a problem with her credit card and the desk was very kind and discreet about it. Stay here in Oasage Beach for readonable cost, comfortable beds, friendly people and very clean rooms.

What a lucky find

Great value. Very clean. Friendly staff. Super comfortable beds! Nothing fancy, but totally worth the price for a hotel in Lake of the Ozarks area! The breakfast is only on weekends and is mainly packaged items, but that was not a huge deal to us. It was still a great value for a nice, clean motel. 

A great value!

This motel was recently updated with modern look and colors. Shower was hot. Room and linens were very clean. Strict no smoking and no pets, which was great. The breakfast was standard for a cost efficient hotel- muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. The mattress was older, pretty stiff, though they had great big king sized pillows. 

Everything but mattress was updated

This place is great! The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are soft, and it's right near the lake and so many other attractions. But the employees are really what make it a cut above other places in the area. They are so nice and friendly, always happy to help with anything, and there is even on-site security to give you that extra bit of added safety. Definitely be back again next year!

Awesome place to stay!

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever encountered. The experience was doomed from the start. Upon arriving at 4pm the lobby door was locked. We had to call a number on the sign for the front desk person to come open the door so we could check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was condescending and profiling from the start. He made a distasteful comment about smoking not just being with cigarettes implying that we were drug users. Then informed us of an additional 3% charge for using an AMEX. There was also a $100 dollar deposit that they required and would only return upon checking out and verifying the room was in good condition. While walking to our room we noticed a hole in the ceiling and water dripping and pooling on the floor near the vending machines on the first floor. There was also a mattress leaning against the wall in the hallway just outside our room. The remote for the TV in our room didn’t function properly. Several buttons didn’t actually work such as the volume down, channel down, guide and power buttons. The wifi speeds were abysmal and we had to use our phone as a mobile hotspot to get adequate internet service.The pillows were awful. They were hard, flat bricks. The clock in our room hadn’t been set either. The hotel doesn’t perform any daily housekeeping tasks on the rooms. The trash was never taken out and towels never replaced. When we called the front desk to replace the towels they informed us that this is not something they do and that there was a sign in the lobby stating that we have to request it. The front desk person came to our room to replace the towels and stated they would be replaced “piece by piece”. When we went to check out the front door was locked again and we had to call the front desk person to let us in again. While we didn’t have high expectations there was an assumption that for a room that was over $100 a night to deliver adequate and kind service. There didn’t appear to be anyone else working at the hotel except for the gentleman at the front desk. All our interactions unfortunately were with him. We would not recommend this hotel.

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER

We booked this "hotel" because we thought the price was right and they were pet friendly. I asked if they had special "pet" rooms and was told yes but they were nice. We arrive and learn that's is an old, run down Econolodge... had I known, no way! The pics must be from when it was new. The manager was so RUDE, basically calling me a liar when I told him our dog is well-traveled and we were very responsible owners. So, I let it go and we checked in. Pool closed, bummer cuz it was hot.  Then we found sticky carpets and gross smells, the place was a total dump. When we tried to walk our fog there was only one small area of grass and it was full of poison ivy, rocks and other dog's poop. Back in the room, we were not comfortable and ended up just leaving to stay elsewhere... forfeiting our money. DO NOT STAY HERE, it's dirty and low end all the way.

Worst Worst Worst

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this Econo Lodge. Both times my stay was awesome. They staff there has been great and the room is a great value the room is very clean, nice sized. The breakfast is better than most i have had even at much high priced hotels. My first time staying there was because my Dad was in the hospital. I was very impressed that when I called to reserve the room they asked how my Dad was doing. You don't get personal service like that these days very often. I will continue staying there when I'm in the lake area.

Holiday Stay

Horrible service at front desk. Called to get price i told him how many were coming and he told us 129.99 a room and we were charged more then that. The pool needs staff to walk by or keep eye on ot because our stay was destroyed due to anther guest letting her dog get into the pool and i have family who are allergic to dogs. The room was okay but lock on door didnt want to unlock and air conditioner quit during the middle of night. Breakfast was awful and guy who was stocking stuff same guy running front desk was being cery rude and hatefull to everyone. 

Horrible stay

The room was in the older building and the room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of smoke. The carpet had a hole in it as u walked in and the comforter had lots of holes in it. The manager is rude and acts like you are bothering him and has the compassion of a rock. The room was $109 a night and should be no more than $50. It is completely ghetto. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. The little fridge sets on the floor and the microwave on top of that. Felt like a teenagers room with the lack of furniture. Completely ghetto, go somewhere else.

Very Ghetto Hotel

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was small. Room was quiet and had been newly remodeled. Check in and out were fairly simple. We did not eat the hotel breakfast so cannot comment.
