It's a normal little hotel,a little dated but overall ok. Staff was really kind and helpful. They let us check in early. Stayed in a two bed room and beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean upon arrival and we're cleaned daily. Hotel had a nice little and clean pool. 

Nothing Great but overall alright 

This place is just completely worn out. Everything is old and in need of replacing. The bed was comfortable at least and the television worked.  The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. It was nice and quiet, though.

At Least It Was Clean

I'm not sure if to trash the place or commend it. I do hope the manager reads this! One can see there is work happening to improve it. First suggestion is see some American comments before it is transformed into a style not of the location.
Start at the lobby! Tidy it up and change the smell, remove the stolen Holiday Inn trash can. 
On the property add some outdoor trash cans and a smoking area. The rest looks good and clean. 
In the rooms small inexpensive touches will go a long way. There's no excuse for a moldy shower curtain, broken shower head and broken light in a deluxe room. 
Overall for the price it is way too expensive but you can see improvement and that is good. I would not come back but as a last option it is not bad. Rating is based on the value for your $$$$. 



Mixed Bag!

They really need to work on their customer service, if you didn't have customers you wouldn't make an money to pay your bills and support your family. Palacios really needs to build a different hotel so they can put these horrible people out of business. If you don't want to deal with the general public don't be in the customer service industry. The room wasn't even worth the 80 dollar I spent, dirty and the mini fridge didn't even work. If you want a dirty room and horrible customer service stay here.

Horrible customer service

Junk junk and junk manager. Some one don't know English and speak insulating full of igo to guest . Zero customer service claims he is owner and can treat any customers the way he wants since he is owner and guest has to follow his rules of he wants to stay at his place.

Manager on job speak some fancy language and they where so rude when they talk to you. All they care is pay us what we ask for our room and get out in morning. Property is way old and price is way high compare to any other branded hotels.  Internet is such a slow sad part of stay

Crazy manager

They charged me 65$ for the room which is nothing but trash.carpet stinks. Room stinks. No body wear mask from staff on this place.manager is not ready to lower price or give ant discount or say sorry for this fealthy room conditions. No breakfast no pool not safe. It's better to drive to next town and stay with big brand hotels for safety of family . I will not recommend this place even for free to my enemy 😂😤😂😂😤😤. Owner should fire all people running this dumb place.



Horrible

Place is old and sheet . They gives different room to different people and everyone pays different rate Manager or owner name cherry or Gary is full of attitude. He act with customer like he owns entire US. I will never recommend this place is stay if you have respect for your self and your country.

Ugly

This hotel in my opinion is old and dirty and not even worth the low 65 or $70 price you’re better off probably staying in your car the free breakfast they advertise is Froot Loops or Cheerios and milk and coffee that’s all not really much of a breakfast. There were dirty hand marks on the door and the linens seemed very old the air-conditioner I think was at least 20 years old that at least did work well was probably the high point of our stay. The only real positive we had was the lady that works at the office was very nice.
