I think it could have been a little more stuff to do it was a little boring nothing to do and the Internet isn't working properly so I have no ideal wat needs to be done or who to talk to about this situation thank you 

Service

Fast check in and there was always an employee too help with all my questions. Breakfast was a very nice grab and go. Ceejay was also well knowledgeable about the property and the area which was very helpful. We also had access to others pools.

From check in to check out it was great love the atmosphere and the convenience too the beach

The most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced.  Filthy, run down, shabby and nowhere near as shown in obviously outdated photographs. Top floor given over to long stay drug users who at night are rowdy, fighting and shouting.  Not a safe environment with dark and dingy stairways. Unreliable lift and rooms that have broken equipment and tapped doors.  Stained bath, rusty microwave, broken heater and coffee maker.  Problem with top floor occupants are known to staff.  This should not be used as a tourist hotel - very sub standard abd amazed the ' by Wyndham' brand would associate with such a dump.  Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this unsavoury hotel

This is by far the worst I've ever seen and been to the hotel staff are thieves. They broke into my room without permission. And then made me the bad guy for complaining to them. 🤔😔🫣😤😡😠🤬 my lord.

I wouldn't advise nobody to go and stay hereat all even if I was homeless. That's just how bad this ish hole is . Shutd

This hotel is a complete dump. The guest services people were horrible. And I wouldn't wish this hotel on anyone. The picture of "this" hotel is not the hotel I pulled into. It is a complete scam. Worse, I had to pay even though I was asked to leave at check-in time because I would not sign the hotel contract before a room was made available. Who would???

Terrible hotel and service

this place is literally a sh*t hole. Didnt feel safe, broken windows with painters tape, key cards that dont work, barely staffed, not well lit and dingy rooms. no "ocean views" and not clean. waited forever to check in with only 1 other person in the lobby - the free "breakfast" is a coutner w some coffee and junk food. we literally slept on top of the sheets fully clothed slept for 6 hours not well and then woke up and jumped in our car to book out of there. property does not look ANYTHING like advertised. spend the extra money and stay at a reputable place, lesson learned

run dont walk

Sent to two rooms with no heat, third one had heat but also had been slept in already and had bugs.  Gave up and slept between two comforters.  Gap under door had to be covered with a towel to keep out the bugs and noise.  Tub drain slow and backed up filth into my feet.  Refridgerator was so noisy I had to unplug, room was cold and uncomfortable.  The whole place was a band-aid, peeling ceilings, rusting railings, untrustworthy elevator, unfriendly and unwelcoming desk personnel.  Breakfast was a hunting trip, and there was nothing to like about what I found.  Most uncomfortable stay in a whole lifetime of business travel in the USA.  I was on leisure so it made it even worse.

A disaster of a stay, whole place needs a tear down and rebuild.

Staff was very friendly, but thr room was dirty and falling apart. Next to no one staying there. We checked out after 1 night of our week stay. They apologized and said they just got clearance to go ahead with renovations/upgrades. I hope the best for them, but we will not be returning. 

Would not recommend

A cheap place to sleep. Nothing more. No bells or whistles for increased comfort. A bed, warm fridge, no cable signal, loud AC unit, and rust in shower floor is all our room had. A stones throw to the beach. Did see a nice sunset. The lobby and parking is on G floor, not 1st floor

Just a place to sleep

The staff were beyond rude, the rooms were covered with bugs, the bathtub looked like someone died in it, there was a hygiene shield (the ones you get on swimsuit bottoms) in the bed, and some of the doors didn't shut/lock properly which is beyond unsafe. Oh and if you get a room facing the road, don't expect to get any sleep because the road noise is very loud.
