We did not want something elaborate or fussy; just a clean place to stay. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a microwave, coffee, refrigerator and a table to eat at. (The Belliago in Vegas did not!) The pictures shown is how it appears inside 

Very close to Bryce Canyon. We drove by the Best Western on our way to Bryce and were happy we choose this nice, quiet place instead of that. 

We would recommend and give 5 stars. We have traveled all over the world and have seen it all. This is a great value for a night's stay to see Bryce.

Clean and comfortable

Thought this was a good place at first look, forgiving the flies on the window sill, but as soon as the moon came, all flies were swarming the lights inside. Intensive feeling of being grossed out. It was so disgusting I couldn’t even sleep. Flies everywhere!!! DISGUSTING. Couldn’t even get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

we stayed in the cabins ---roomy very clean great bed, had fridge and microwave whih was nice   nice shower which was strong.  it was really quiet depsite being an rv lot as well.  great location  not far from panguitch which does not have alot of amenities and enroute to the parks.

We expected the site to be in Panguitch so were quite surprised how far outside it was.
The cabin itself was lovely and very clean, but why on earth put them right next to the main road, as it was so noisy.
There is a fridge and microwave and lots of cupboards, but would be good to have had a couple of plates/bowls/knives and forks to use.

Just so noisy

This was a nice place to stay. Check in was easy and efficient. I thought the showers could of been a bit nicer but there was plenty of hot water. There were some honey beans in the willow tree next to us, but they didn’t bother us.

Vacation

Lady at the check in was very nice, helpful and gracious.  Our cabin did have a bathroom/shower, albeit somewhat tiny.  The room is big enough but not very functional.  The bistro table and chairs were not very comfortable.  Wi-fi connection very good.  Remember to ask for the code.  The bed was very, very tall.  For a short person, it can be difficult to climb on it.  Had to step on the chair to get into bed and out.  Our cabin shared a wall with another one, and everything could be heard.  Luckily, the neighbors were not loud.  
Very clean.  It was just uncomfortable for because of the super tall bed and not having comfortable chairs or a place to hang our things.

Interesting experience

This is NOT a village, but an RV parking lot, no swimming pool, nothing, not even decent coffee in the rooms (was glad I had Pilton instant espresso with me).  Rooms weren't particularly clean and our parking space magically turned into a mud slick while we were out, even though there had been no rain.   Furthermore, the free WiFi was worth what you paid for it!

Very Disappointed

We stayed here for one night after visiting Bryce National Park. Pros:

-clean
-reasonably priced
-pet friendly
-small fridge for keeping picnic supplies cool. 

Cons:

-tap water was brown for several minutes after we turned it on. Eventually cleared up.
-very close to road, so a bit noisy. 

We would probably stay here again, especially if our dogs are with us.

Please be aware before booking 
1)The “Rustic Cabins “ they do not have a washroom or a sink you need to walk up to to main bathroom building.
2) The rustic cabins have 2 “single “ beds to sleep on. If you are tall there could be issues
3) We pulled down the scratchy thin bead spread to look at the sheets as we always do to inspect before sleeping at a hotel/motel. We were surprised to see there was only 1 fitted sheet under the thin bead spread  and it had blood drip stains on it. (I have pictures to prove it ) 
4) We were also told by the office a top sheet for under the thin bead spread was an extra $10 (unheard of ! )

Absolutely blown away by the whole experience we asked for a refund and left. 
Had to find a hotel that wasn’t booked at 7:30-8:00 at night...fun

Positive note...the lady at the front desk was lovely.

Unfortunate booking of 2 cabins for 2 couples

The room was just as it was pictured on the site and it was clean.  We were lead to believe it was a hotel and we were very surprised when we drove up and discovered it was cabins.  There was not a closet or hangers or an air conditioner. There also was not an iron or ironing board, therefore we wore wrinkled clothing the next day. The blinds would not close so light came in early the next morning.  The shower was so small one person could hardly turn around in it. We tried to get our money back and go stay at another hotel but they would not refund our money.  I would not recommend this place to anyone!
