Our 1 bedroom unit here at Powder Pointe is B106
The Condo complex faces the entrance to Park City Mountain resort.  That resort is where you can purchase lift tickets and sign up for ski school. (about a 10 minute walk or less) You are also able to rent your skis, ski boots and helmets there.  
If you are hauling your gear with kiddos....it's not an ideal walk ;))  You have the option to park if you are rent g a car or the city bus (free) will drop you off at the main entrance.  

Condo:  this particular unit is small but has a pull out couch for the kiddos.  No housekeeping was offered and unfortunately there are no washer dryers for those dirty or stinky ski clothes.  
Take out your own trash and be sure to buy groceries.  We did however have a blow dryer, paper plates and some plastic cups.  The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook.  This includes cookware, utensils, plates and cups!  

This unit has the "back view".  Not facing the resort across the street where you can see the lifts and the runs.  
Still.....we were happy as it did it's job.....close to the bus stop, 7-11 was a block away....and the resort just around the corner!

1 Bedroom Condo close to lift!

Nice mix of affordable price & convenient proximity to the resort/town. The room & bathroom was clean & very comfortable. There was a nice set of pots & pans in the room, and we were able to enjoy cooking in a couple nights. The grocery store, 7-11 store and Starbucks are closeby, a short walk. Our condo was on the 2nd floor, so there was 1 1/2 flights of stairs to walk up, which was fine for us.  Plenty of covered and uncovered parking outside.

Cozy Condo close to Park City Mountain

The place we had was perfect for our stay, exactly as advertised. Clean, tidy, nicely furnished. We had a nice view of the mountain. Didn't need to use our car. Were able to rent mountain bikes around the corner at Cole Sport and then go across the street to PCMR and up the mountain. The PC golf course is also adjacent, easy for us to get on and play 9 holes in the morning. The grocery store etc was a short walk. Appreciated the coffee and tea available in the condo, and the kitchen was set-up nice for cooking. We rented #203A thru AirBnb.This is a condo complex so your experience really depends on the specific unit, most seem to be individually managed, make sure to check the photos and reviews carefully before booking.

Cute Place & Great Location

Unit 102A is in great shape, has been updated recently with new kitchen and slate floors. New dishwasher, refrigerator and stove make for a nice experience. The wood burning fireplace makes it very cozy. Perfect for a couple or small family. It's a one bedroom but has a pull out couch so 4 can stay comfortably but more would be a little tight. The ski resort is across the street and easy to walk to. It's nice to not have to worry about parking. There's also a bus stop within a 3 minute walk making Main Street easy to get to. We stayed for 4 nights and will book this unit again next year!

Updated, clean, great location and value

My family and I just completed our stay in Suite 102a. One bedroom, one bath with pull-out couch bed, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, balcony, outdoor community jacuzzi & laundry room.  This condo was perfect for our small family.  It's directly across street from slopes & a 3 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort base. We loved opening the curtains each morning to a view of the slopes. Property is managed by Wyndham Resorts who deliver your firewood & fire-starters.  Nothing like sipping wine by the fire after skiing.  Having a full size kitchen & on-site parking was a great convenience. Loved coming home from a day of skiing and enjoying the company of others in the outdoor community jacuzzi at the condos.  Conveniently located with short drive to shops & restaurants.  Free bus rides if you don't want to bring a car. It's simple, it's very clean & well-maintained, it's cozy... It's perfect for a small family vacation or a couples retreat.  I will be back!  Thank you for a great stay!
