2 bed Condo with full kitchen slept 5.  Nice cozy setting.  Very close too the outlet malls which was advantageous  because it was rented prior to Christmas.  Made for last minute gift shopping at a discount.  The parking lot at the condo was always shoveled and the parking spot was under roof.  We never had top brush snow off of our car.

Family Get-away

We stayed on the third floor for four nights at the PowderWood by All Seasons Resort Lodging near Park City, Utah. There is a great paved hiking/biking trail leading to many other trails right outside the window that goes all over the beautiful mountain side. Great mountain views, cozy gas fireplace, kitchen and dining room, reasonably priced, peaceful and quiet.

My husband surprised me with a quick getaway at the Powderwood Resort (owned by All Seaons Resorts). This was my third time staying at this, particular location. He rented a 1 bedroom condominium, complete with dining area, kitchen and a full bathroom.

Pros - we stayed in condo 3J (middle unit) which sported a southwestern motiff, complete with plenty of cowboys and horses. The unit was clean and came with your standard appliances, cookware and even cleaning supplies. A seated patio was available on the west side of the unit. There was also a clubhouse. Printed material indicated that it was closed for this time of the year; however, we were able to use our key and explore. It would be great for large, family gatherings and/or parties.

Cons - the unit had a staleness (unsure of whether this was due to lack of guests or something in the furnishings). Sadly, the fireplace did not work. We did call the main office to see if it could be repaired and they indicated that they would put in a work order. We were gone for several hours but a fix never occurred. 
There were a variety of utensils but the wine bottle opener was broken. Thus, we were not able to enjoy the bottle of wine we purchased for the evening. Finally, the bed was incredibly soft...too soft. We woke up with stiff backs and hips the next morning. If you're one for soft mattresses, this room is for you. Hubby and I regreted not sleeping on the pull out sofa, which we're sure would have been much firmer.

Aside from the room, hubby and I explored the Tanger Outlets and did a bit of shopping. I was in need of a new daytime scent and spent a great deal of time at Perfumania. James was amazing and helped me narrow down my choices. By the end of it all, we were able to buy three scents for a great price!

Hubby cashed in on super deals at the Adidas and Under Armour stores. We also spent some time playing with the puppies at Nuzzles and Company; Pet Rescue and Adoption. For dinner, we tried something new; Sergio's Authentic Mexican Restaurant. The salsa bar was amazing, but I was a bit underwhelmed by everything else. I'm a bit suspicious of any Mexican food that requires salt. Our waitress was great and the decor was fun but the foodies in us were a bit let down.

Park City is a wonderful town and there's a lot to see and do. Because of the company I had, we could have stayed anywhere and I would have been thrilled; however, we tend to be picky and our standards have become quite high.  In comparison to the previous units we've stayed in, this one comes in second. The staff at All Seasons are very friendly, but I was disappointed that they did not follow up on the work order or even ask us at check out if we enjoyed our stay. The little things go a long way.

Lovely, Fall Getaway

The condos are close to the Olympic Park but not near the historic Main Street area. The condos offer a better value than many of the hotels in the area.

We stayed in a two bedroom condo. It was easy to find and had assigned covered parking. just outside our condo. 
The kitchen was small but equipped with everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a nice touch for those staying longer (or needing to clean their clothes). The bedrooms were a good size as were the bathrooms. 
The price (off season) was fair and offered multiple beds for large families. 

My only complaint was the fireplace. It didn't work--the pilot light was out. The fireplace switch was hidden behind a radio/stereo on the mantle (we accidentally found it). 
I reported the fireplace not working and requested a work order. The person I spoke with said they would have someone come by to fix the fireplace in the morning. No one showed up. 
We bought a lighter and lit the pilot light ourselves but were still unable to get the fireplace working.

This isn't a fancy place to stay but it has a living room with a couch and 2-3 chairs, a tv, a small patio and a washer/dryer. It is convenient to the outlet mall and a local shopping center. It is about 10-15 minutes from historic Main Street. 
I would stay here again.

Good value

Right next to the freeway and you here lots of road noise. Dirty Dishes, from silverware and cooking utencils, plates, bowls, pots, pans etc. Big draft of cold air coming in from front door, and sliding door, so needed to use noisy heater, waste energy. Ran a fan to cover up road noise. Safety issues, heavy glass sliding door from shower falls off and about hit my Husband in the head. Water temp too high and scalding. In general not very clean at all. For the price it is definitely not worth it. Management did not seem to care and said our standards are too high.
