Do not stay in unit 230!  It reeked of tobacco smoke even though it is designated as a non smoking unit. We had planned to stay for 7nights but left after the first night.  We slept with the windows opened, exposing us to the cold and noise, and awoke all stuffed up because of the smell. The unit looked clean, but we couldn’t take the smell. 

Avoid 3 bedroom unit 230.

Great location.  Building is new by my standards.  
Interior design is atrocious.  While the living room is large the dinning area is way too small. While the principle bedroom and bath is huge, the second bedroom is tiny and its bathroom is not adjacent to the room. That bathroom has a very very small toilet and bath area (your shoulder will literally be pressed against the wall when you sit on the toilet) while the attached sink and countertop area is very large (tiny basin in the middle of a seven foot wide countertop).  
The lighting will annoy you.   The lights are not designed for reading but shine on walls to illuminate cheap motel grade wall art.  If you like to read then bring you own light.  There is no desk amid all this space and if you intend to work at the dinning room table be aware there is only one plug at the back which is hard to get to because of the small, crowded dining area. In addition the low overhanging light fixture will interfere with sitting down and standing up.  
Maybe other units are better but this looks like a centrally planned design.

Great location, spacious, but aggravating interior design

We stayed in unit 237 for a week with another couple. During our stay we identified both pros and cons to the unit and the resort. There were three items that were somewhat disappointing. First, the parking is extremely limited with each unit only getting one parking space and this is rigidly enforced. Secondly, the unit is in need of some TLC since it is dated and has some maintenance issues. Finally, a minor point is that the pool and hot tub doesn't open until 10am and we are early risers and like to hot tub before breakfast. As far as pros, when a problem arose the contact people, Nick and Brad, handled it quickly. However, the best part of this resort is its location at the base of Main Steet. Within a few minutes you can be in the middle of all of the action in Park City. While there were some issues, this is a great resort to stay at due to that location.

Fabulous Location

My wife and I stayed here for a week.

We had plenty of room to spread out.  The main bedroom had a queen-sized bed.  The other bedroom had two twin beds.

Having a kitchen was super convenient!

We loved it!

Superb Location!  Wonderful Accommodations!

 We stayed in Unit 237, a 2 bed/2 bath unit on 3rd fl. The pic for this review is nothing like the unit we were in! Upon entering the unit we saw the filthy carpets, musty odor, old & dated kitchen with dirty appliances. Stained bed linens.EWWWW! Bathroom door had nail holes in it, dresser drawer missing a knob. Walls were filthy!  First night we were awoken at 11:30pm by dripping water leaking from the unit above us, which flooded our bathroom & flooded the hallway carpet. Called emergency # and maintenance man came out at midnight. We already sopped up the water on the floor with all the towels we had and we found an oscillating fan in the closet so we directed it to the wet soppy carpet in the hall. Also put a bucket under the leak until it stopped.  Next night at 9PM it happened again. Another big leak, another call to maintenance. Another mess to clean up. Found out that the resort is half time-share and half owned by individuals with different management companies. The No Pet policy only applies to renters.  Owners have pets, unleashed dogs running down the main hallway.  I would never stay at this resort again, but like my title states it's in a great location.  Just steps away from all the wonderful Park Avenue & Main Street restaurants, steps away from the Main Street Lift, and easy parking. Beautiful walking, running & bike trail in the back.  Just not a place I would ever go back to or recommend to anyone.  Very disappointing. 

Great Location - Old & Dated Building

Had the opportunity to stay in Park Station 223 for a Spring Break trip with my daughter.  It was a perfect stay for us.  

First off, the location is ideal.  One block from the Town Lift and a great ski rental place...Park City Sport.  So easy to get up in the morning, walk to the lift, and be off skiing within 5 minutes.  Be warned...there is no “easy” way back to the Town Lift on the slopes.  All the routes back are blue.  😬

In addition to an easy walk to skiing, all the bars and restaurants on Main are super easy to get to as well.  If you plan to ski, no reason to rent a car.  Everything is walkable.

I would say the accommodations of this particular unit were a little dated.  That being said, the condo was super cozy, had a nice fireplace, and all the amenities needed were available at any time.  I even called for a late checkout which was quickly approved.  No extra charge.  

There’s a great hot tub and outdoor swimming pool which was great to use after a day of skiing.  Met people from all over the country and the entire complex is very family friendly.  

We’ll be back in two years and we’ll be staying here again!  Highly recommended.



Park Station Perfection in Park City

We had a lovely stay in Apartment 247 which is well appointed and all we could have asked for except the Central Heating was intrusively noisy. It was so obvious we had to turn up the tv when it came on, and my wife was wakened by it at night numerous times. If it weren't for this I would have rated 5. 
Park Station is right at the bottom of Main Street so close to restaurants and the shuttles to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley are straight outside the driveway in Park Avenue.  They are very frequent - you would rarely have to wait more than 10 min. It is a fantastic location.
The central heating had an extra issue while we were there where it would sometimes whistle like a kettle just before it hit the boil. This was quickly fixed when we asked for it to be checked. The central heating noise aside this is a great unit.

Great Location and Unit but noisy central heating 

We rented a Park Station condo (213) for the week before Christmas through Park City Lodging and it was great – beautifully remodeled with stylish and comfortable décor, conveniently located a five-minute walk from the Town Lift (and ski and snowboard valet check services) and just a few steps out the back door to the hot tub and pool. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and the shuttle bus stop is right outside. We were pleased by how nicely the condo kitchen was equipped and the various conveniences that were provided, including plenty of towels and firewood. There are an outside, large hot tub and big pool and an inside hot tub in the basement.  Both hot tubs were nice and hot, and the woodburning fireplace worked quite well – these are essential to our happiness on a ski vacation! I was impressed by the quick responsiveness of the Park City Lodging staff, from the efficiency of handling my reservation and providing other trip advice and recommendations, to the promptness of their text responses to any questions and requests we had during the week. The check-in process was via e-mail, so we could just go straight to the unit on arrival. Check-out was also easy. We really loved our stay in Park City in this condo and would gladly return to Park Station.

Beautiful and convenient condo with terrific guest services

Our family of 5 adults, 1 teen, and 4 children stayed in Park Station 227 & 229. These adjoining condos provided ample space for all of us. As compared to photos, some rooms have had minor changes in decor. All the furnishings were tasteful, attractive, and fitting for the locale. Nonetheless, some rooms were darkly lit. 

The location to the historic area of town and a ski lift was convenient. We had so much fun investigating restaurants, wineries/breweries, and shops. The Sunday Park Silly arts vendors and farmer's market were a big hit with everyone. 

We ate in some of the time. Grocery stores were not too far away. The kitchens were well equipped.

The kids loved the pool and outdoor hot tub area. Actually, so did the adults. There was a concrete area with picnic tables and grills for use. We used it as an area for playing various games. 

The staff were helpful in answering questions before we arrived. They were prompt with provision of replacement towels for inside as well as the pool area. In advance, we mailed a package with fishing gear to their office. It was fairly promptly brought over to us. The only malfunction was the phones. None of the phones worked. Of course, we had our cell phones, so we weren't majorly inconvenienced or put at risk.

Parking was ample and safe, or at least that was our experience.

All in all, it served as a great home base for other activities at such places as Olympic village, movie theaters, various lifts, Jordanelle reservoir and beach area, Provo River fishing, Heber historic train ride, and Sundance.
