There were no deadbolts on wall paint off walls TV was already on at the bottom there was a gap in the door. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet did not work did not flush and kept making noise room was dirty no fire alarm alarm microwave and fridge were dirty

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO

I have stayed here a number of times in the past with nothing but positive experiences. 

I don't know what happened, but I will never stay there again.  Jerks and rude.  You have a crappy hotel.  The least you could do is be nice.

No Thank You

How does one motel do this?  Let's start with odd...the check in person made it a point to tell us the glass in the lobby was bullet proof. Now, we are a couple in our late 60's. I just found it very strange he mentioned this. I didn't really think we looked all that threatening.

The really great part is it's a half mile from the Rocksino. Super easy access from the highway in both directions. Lots of parking.

The good part is that the room was large and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in!  

The bad was that the towels were ultra thin. Clean but very worn.  No coffee maker in the room. Only amenity was very thin pieces of soap.

The really horrible part was that the 'hot' water was lukewarm, at best.  I let the water run at least 5 minutes and it was barely warm enough to wash my hands. We opted to skip a shower and waited till we got home.  Thankfully, it was only one night and we don't live that far (2+ hours.)

Older looking room with some wear and tear.. Could see fingerprints all over  the microwave and refrigerator doors. Sticky something on the table.The bathroom was really small and not very clean there was a long black hair stuck to the toilet seat. We accidentally reserved a smoking room and it reeked of cigarette smoke even the pillows smelled of smoke. Guess that is our own fault. But was a 1/2 mile from Hard Rock Rocksino and we were there to see Tesla in concert. Not the best room we have ever stayed at but also not the worst. We won't stay here again.

So places like this are always a risk, but I read many positive reviews and caught my wife at a weak moment and she agreed...The place is a bit run down, but freshly painted and clean....We gave the room our usual once over and it passed our test...I paid $60 for a king bed non smoking tax included...Hard to get that price these days....We would return...

Worth the Money

We were going to Northfield to go to the Rocksino.  It is just right up the road from here (less than a mile).  I did not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel (or motel) just to sleep in.  I wanted to spend my time and money at the casino.  My mother was nervous, but you will not find a nicer or cleaner place for the money.  The restaurant on site is super!!  Ever friendly welcoming staff and the breakfast is huge!!  Had a great time!!  P.S. the water in the shower was nice and hot!!  Would definitely recommend.

Perfect price, location and cafe!

We found the hotel easily from the highway, walked in and was greeted by a older gentleman. went to the room. it was very clean and quiet. You can tell its an older hotel, but from inside the room i couldnt tell. fresh paint in the room, carpets were clean,
