In town for training and was assigned this hotel twice at 2 different times over the course of two and a half weeks.

A one-week stay and then a week later another three-night stay.

The staff while never rude is not really what I would call friendly. A cheerful good morning to the front desk will not be reciprocated. I chalk it up to cultural differences so no big deal. The only exception to this, from  my experience here, was with the American housekeeping staff. They were warm and polite.

The rooms were basic but clean and everything worked. Some of the other guests complained that the beds were way too hard but personally having back issues I thought they were awesome. Some caveats if your room is near the front of the building you may have very poor Wi-Fi service. If your room is toward the back of the building you will most likely have excellent service. 0 to 1 bar versus a solid 4 bar.

As you can see from the picture don't bother with the pool.

The breakfast they provide is definitely worth a skip. Microwave sausage and biscuits you can heat up yourself, some honey buns and some fruit so I just assumed get an extra 20 minutes of sleep but if you need something it's there.

Another plus if you don't mind a little stretch of the legs there are a lot of places to eat nearby for those sent to this hotel for training and don't have a car.

To sum it all up, it's not a place I would go seeking out but all in all I would stay there again if I needed to and not be angry about it.

Wouldn't seek them out but wouldn't run away if I needed to stay there again. 

Best Motel 6 we've been to. We travel cross country a couple of times a year to see family. We use Motel 6 because it's inexpensive and pets stay for free. We just stop to sleep for a few hours. This Motel 6 is the nicest we've seen. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room & bathroom were very clean. 5 star Motel 6!

Pros: Nice, cheap "cosmetic" renovations. Convenient location.

Cons: Was in a smoke-free room but we smelled constant active smoke from nearby rooms. Uggh

Staff and owner insisted on servicing our room daily. 
We actually had to argue with staff NOT to service our room, justify why we didn't want it serviced daily, and beg for a do not disturb door sign. What's that all about??
Didn't feel comfortable and ended up packing all electronics with us the entire stay.

Owner and staff not friendly. Not familiar with nor concerned with consumer rights.

Could not, would not recommend this spot.

Hope you like smoke

The room was filthy.  We asked for a smoke free room.  The room and the hallway smelled terribly of smoke. We were told we were being too loud when we were not even up. It was our neighboring room.  You could hear the people upstairs walking around.  People talking in the hallway most of the night. The lady at the front desk was rude. We won't be back. 

Worst hotel I've ever been to.

Stayed here recently and I am very impressed with the improvements Motel 6 has mad. This is a very nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. However, not too many channels on television to choose from, but how could I expect more when I'm paying 50$:D. It also was a Liiiittttleee👌🏾 noisy, but only because of the renovations taking place. But other than that, it was GREAT!☺️

Stay here every now and then but this stay the ac was very noisy they moved  me quickly but did not apologize for the room change or any inconvenience the hotel it self is very clean and the night desk lady very nice and housekeeping was great.

It's been awhile since I stayed at Motel 6. Now I remember why. They have the lowest room price in the area and they accept pets for no extra charge. The hotel is nearly finished being renovated and our room seemed to be one already renovated. 

So the decor is nice, despite a cheesy Motel 6 bedspread. But the bed is so stiff that I can only recommend it for those who need a very stiff mattress. the floors are uncarpeted, which makes the place loud. Our room was two doors down from the door, but we heard it every time it opened and people walked in. I cringe to think how noisy it might have been if the rooms next to us were occupied. 

The floor titles don't seem to always match up on the seams. And the towels and toilet paper are terribly thin and coarse. The grounds were heavily littered and the hotel badly needs an updated, lighted sign, We're nearly drove by it three times because of its poor signage.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. The staff was nice, the hotel interior was relatively clean, considering the renovation, the internet was free, and they had plenty of television channels. But the quality of product befits the price range.
