I chose this based on location (less than 9 miles from family, who had an entirely full house during the holiday).   It was a plus that all units were on the ground floor.

I occupied #12 for two nights.  While interior surfaces seemed clean, the unit had an odd smell, perhaps from prior water damage.  

I appreciated the large comfortable bed in a fully non-smoking room.  The small refrigerator was perfect for chilling cider and NY apples purchased upon arrival.

Although the unit contained a TV, the remote control only worked intermittently (perhaps a battery issue?).  Instead, I watched shows via my iPad.  

As my unit was close to the road, I got road noise as well as commotion from the carwash next door; units towards the back of the property would not have these issues.

Offers basic accommodation for those on a budget

This is not a motel for the mobility challenged. There is no ramp into the office. None of the walkways have cutoffs or ramps. None of the rooms have ramps to them. There is about a 6 inch step up into the rooms.

Room was basic. Nothing spectacular. Large flat-screen. Good wifi signal. Bed was comfy. No breakfast in morning.

Budget Motel - Not ADA Compliant

Stayed here for a week over the Christmas period. Very clean & comfortable room. Warm and inviting after being out in very cold snowy conditions. Very handy for visiting my family living nearby.  Would certainly use this motel again. 

Value for money

Arrived very late at night. Rang bell and was answered quickly. Upon entering room a horrible smell of chemicals or spray paint made it hard to sit in there. Was able to switch rooms quickly. New room was decent. Smelled a little musty. But linens were clean. Room was clean. Could use more lighting. Bathroom nice with newer looking faucets. Tub is very small. Room looked to be recently painted. Outside of hotel was a little sketchy.  Off the beaten path kind of. Felt woodsy. Very quiet area and close to where we were working. Decent hotel for the convenience and price 

Great budget hotel 

I don't think the sheets were changed from the last people that stayed in the room.  It smelled musty.  We stayed for two nights and only one little packet (the size of Chinese mustard packet) of shampoo was left for two people for two days.  My husband used it and it was not replaced.  The bathroom sink was dirty. At 8 oclock in the morning my husband drove to the office to get coffee.  He had to ring the bell and wait for the worker to come and open the door, then wait for him to make the coffee.  They only had very small cups and no lid.  How is a person suppose to drive with 2 open cups of very hot coffee?

Don't stay here

Good stay rooms clean and desk attendant nice
Easy to find away from the hustle and bustle 
Rooms have heat and A/C, microwave and apartment size fridge. 
One in and one way out, no confusion in parking lot.
