Our room was very cleanand bed was very comfortable. The only draw back was lack of places to put our clothing and another night stand would have been nice. Otherwise it was great. We were close to everything.  The inn keepers recommended 2 bike trails which we took. Lovely ride and walking trails.

The Amanda Gish house was very clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were wonderful. The hosts were very helpful.

The Amanda Gish house was recommended to me by a caretaker of the Masonic Village where my mother could stay as she attended to my grandfather who entered hospice. The close proximity to the Masonic Home and the College of Elizabethtown made it an ideal location. Ann and Dave, the owners, were lovely and accommodating, and my sister was able to book an additional room to join my mother. I found the rooms charming, especially the French and Rose room. My mother (who struggles with using a computer and unable to post her own review) found the breakfast to be heavenly. Ann and Dave provided a lovely tranquil space in a very stressful time. Thank You!

Wonderful

We stayed her for a night when we went to visit my husband’s grandfather. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delish. We enjoyed our visit... thanks for being great hosts!!!!

Would definitely stay again...

We have stayed at this lovely Bed and Breakfast twice this year. It is very close to Masonic Village where we were visiting family members. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are outstanding, and vary with each morning. This will continue to be our choice of places to stay in this area.

The best place to stay in Elizabethtown!

Wowee!  What a fantastic place !
Gourmet breakfast, fantastic room, and wonderful hosts   The place was so clean you could eat off the floor.  I thought the room rate was extremely reasonable.  I will definitely be going back there.

Amanda Gish House

Last Minute call and they were great, Me and My 12-year-old son stayed and found the Owners very nice, Room was Small but were happy. Thank you to Ann and Dave for being Great Hosts. They made us a small breakfast as we had to leave earlier than their normal breakfast time. Very Nice of Dan to awake early to see us off.

Great Experiance

Beautiful victorian home, warm hosts, soft beds, peaceful night, superb breakfast. Best place to sty if you're visiting Masonic Village. Stay in the Garden Room and enjoy the spa tub, obviously not available to the house's original inhabitants.   Also, enjoy the flowers around the house.

Terrific Time Warp

We have been staying at the Amanda Gish House annually since 2009.  It is one of the best!  A perfect location for those visiting family at the Masonic Village, which is just around the corner and easily walkable.  There are three guest rooms, all lovingly appointed - a small box of local chocolates and a dish of M & M's on the bedside table are a sweet welcome.  My summertime pleasure is sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch as night falls. The very best things about Amanda Gish are its warm and gracious innkeepers, Ann and Dave, and Ann's DELICIOUS breakfasts!!!  We will continue to return!  This is at the top of bed and breakfasts at which we have stayed.

Lovely, comfortable, great breakfasts!

I did stay 3 nights and everything was perfect. Ann and Dave are very welcoming always ready to give great tips on the area attractions and restaurants. The room was very nice and breakfast excellent. Every morning we tasted something different and deliciuos.

GreatStay

This was a first time stay for me while visiting family over the holiday. A two-minute drive to the Masonic Village at Elizabethtown. The hosts are extremely nice and welcoming people, and the Rose Room was lovely and very comfortable.  The the house and grounds are beautifully kept up and decorated.  And the breakfast was superb!  This will definitely be my go-to place for future stays in the area.
