We had a great experience at the Brinton Hotel. The room was reasonably priced it was clean and the check in was easy. The location lends itself well to many attractions in the area. There was a small coffee maker and mini kitchen in the suite. There is plenty to do within a short distance of the hotel.

Great little hotel

BEST nights sleep at this hotel! The mattress was so soft, and the pillows.
Room 110 had a microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, double electric burner, programmable A/C, TV with netflix.  It was so CLEAN & COMFY! 
Very secure as you have to use a pinpad & enter a code to get into the lobby then into your room.

Amazing find & we will be back.

Very nice hotel. Well appointed and very clean. The automated check in was awesome! Could do without the pumpkins spice scent but that is a personal preference and unavoidable this time of year. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions about the area.


Would stay again

Room and hotel are quite tired and in need of remodeling. They booked us in a king room with a bed that was sinking with a view of a rooftop and a wall. very dark and dingy. Location is great. Prices are WAY too high. They have a monopoly which is the only reason they are getting any business.New hotel in downtown can't come soon enough! 

Down at the heel

We spent two days at this hotel. It's odd since one reserves, checks in and out all online. There are codes texted to you in order to receive room assignments and you never interact with a human. The room was an efficiency with a fridge and microwave, so you can prepare meals there. Each has a balcony with chairs and a nice view. But again, there are no staff on the site, so we checked in and out without ever having contact with any front desk personnel. There is a number to call with any problems, but we didn't have any. Be aware, we were on the second floor and there is no elevator, so we had to lug suitcases up the stairs. If you need a lift, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, the room was clean and sufficiently appointed. The bed was comfortable, and we had no problems with the TV as has been alluded to in other reviews. The price was the lowest in the area, and one gets the same benefits of a more expensive room in the region. We would stay there again. 

Strange experience

Nice, clean, and quiet place to stay. Not a lot of extras, such as a pool or exercise room. But it was very clean, and when I am visiting this area and need a place to stay, this is my choice. The bathroom area has a fan, kitchen area is tiled. Many rooms have balconies. They really do a great job of keeping the rooms nice and clean. We stayed down the street the month before at a big-name hotel and it was awful. This is now my go-to place in West Chester.

Nice, clean and friendly!

This was the least expensive property in the entire area, by far.  I was pleased to find the room very clean, the bed super comfortable and the area very quiet.  What more do you need from a hotel?  I was traveling by car from Canada back home to Florida and wanted to see the Brandywine River Art Museum.  I just needed an inexpensive place to spend one night and am so happy I found this hotel.

Comfortable Bed, Clean Room, Super Inexpensive!

We came to visit our daughter who lives here in Phili. We arrived early. Carol is very hospitable, she checked the room and let us check in early. It was a nice big room and had everything we needed. The hotel is a small quaint, perfect little gem. They text you the night before to give you the room number you’re assigned, the code to get in the building, and provide all directions. It truly would be a contactless check in, if we did not arrive early and need the room, which they were very accommodating. 
Don’t overlook the Brinton Suites, because they are small and simple. You will regret it and just pay more money down the road.

Nice surprise

Stayed two nights in a convenient ground-floor, handicapped-accessible room with zero-contact check-in/out, a first for us. But reservations were simple and value-level payment was done weeks in advance. We were pleased with the location, a couples miles from downtown West Chester and a couple the other way from U.S. 1, a link to the ball game and an excellent westward link to our Mason-Dixon zone home. Only two negatives: insufficient lighting in large bathroom and in bedroom (too late we discovered a nightstand lamp lacked -- ta da! -- a bulb; electric power was out on the kitchenette counter on departure morning. No microwave popcorn, no coffee or tea. Luckily, fridge worked fine.

Phillies weekend

Wasn't sure about staying at an off name hotel with contactless entry but everything was great.  Room was large and had a slight smell of new carpet and was very clean with large fridge, sink and microwave with cupboards and dishes.  Bed had a soft mattress. Towels were clean and soft.  Had a cute patio with table and chairs. Had a washer and dryer available along with a public computer.  Didn't have a luggage stand so we had to use the drawers.  Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. Shower head either needs to be replaced or a good cleaning as there was no water coming out of the center.  My only complaint was the smell of weed coming from another room when we returned several nights, but that is not the hotel's fault.
