The room was clean, carpet was very clean. Beds were comfy, pillows were very nice. Shower head was adjustable to all different heights. We had 2 full size beds and very clean. 2 rooms have 4 full size beds wow!  Best $70.00 I ever spent on a room. Owners have had this for 25+ years. Very kind people. Thank you.

This Budget Host Inn has everything you need—it’s clean, the beds are comfortable, it’s a convenient location near both the highway and food, and the refrigerator has a freezer!  What more do you need?

Everything You Need

What a gem! The weather got really bad so I pulled off the freeway in Somerset PA looking for an economical place to stay the night, and this Budget Host Inn is super impressive! It seems to be newly renovated, the carpet, bedspread and even the walls are nicely decorated, the blackout curtains actually work so I could get a good night’s rest, and there’s even a bathroom heater which I wish I had in my house. The cleanliness is unbeatable for a motel in this (or any) price range.  Highly recommended!

Clean and reliable

Small budget friendly motel. It's clean and the beds are comfy. Hot water and good AC. We have first floor accommodations, parking right outside the door. Campus is clean, on a corner lot. It's on a super busy street but inside the room, I didn't hear a lot of outside noise. There's a mini fridge, microwave and a small work desk. The place is kinda dated, but I'll call it old fashioned as opposed to old. The man that runs the place is warm and welcoming. It's a nice area, near the Flight 93 memorial.

Affordable

Overall a great hotel at a great price we stayed while skiing two days at seven springs it was about 25 minutes from Seven Springs the owner of the hotel is very nice the rooms are very clean and updated

great place very clean great value

On the way to a family wedding we wanted to find a clean. Convenient place to lay down our heads. 
Read reviews on budget host hotel and decided to give it a try.
Reviews did not exaggerate. Clean bedding, clean room and bathroom. Wifi was faster than expected. Last month at a Hampton inn the internet was hit or miss, so this was a pleasant bonus. 
Plenty of restaurant choices, several offered 10 percent discount to hotel guests.
Would definitely recommend and revisit. 

Great overnight stay

Great location easy to get to enjoying the underbuilding carport friendly staff clean rooms and a good breakfast I'm recommending this motel thanks well worth returning on my next business trip.thanks again

Nothing fancy about this place, including the price. If you walk 100 feet up the hill , double the money and you will get a little bit bigger room, a nicer continental breakfast, and a box of tissues. This place is good enough for me, yes it’s a bit dated, but it’s clean and perfect for my needs. The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.If I had my lady with me, and was going to stay a few nights I might want to pony up the extra money. I know she would. As for me, it has all the room I need, plus A fridge,TV ,and a clean bathroom. I’ll put that 50 bucks in my pocket and buy a hell of a breakfast .

What do you want for 50 bucks?

Stayed overnight at this hotel on our way to DC. The room was a bit dated, but it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Did not look at the free breakfast, because we had discovered the Summit Diner on a previous trip, and it is right next door. Across the street from the dinner is Rey Azteca, a great Mexican restaurant, where we had dinner. 
Only downside of our visit was the noise from the busy gas station next door and the traffic light. Would stay there again, but would ask for a room on the diner side of the hotel.

Good hotel for the price

I was in Somerset for the birth of my Grandson and I stayed at the Budget Host Inn as I have many times in the past and as always I was given a spotless room at a great rate. One of the nicest parts of staying there is besides it being near everything downtown is the owners are some of the most pleasant innkeepers I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend the Budget Host Inn for a great value.
