First off, Michel was amazing. We were kinda nervous, and soon as we went into the office, Michael lit the room up, and the butterflies left. A+++++ out the gate. We had an early check-in, so we checked in at 2 pm. As soon as we went into the Royal suite, we saw the pool.  I wanted to jump in right away. It was clean with a light chlorine smell, but not at all overwhelming. We walked into the room, and it was very clean and ready for us. We immediately changed over and headed for the pool,  warm and very clean, and with the Bluetooth speakers, it was perfect. The area has any type of food you want, and a shopping center across the street. 
The room is silent damn near soundproof. We put it to the test and didn't bother anyone, nor did we hear anyone. It was perfect. We bonded like never before and are planning our round 2. Piece of advice, get 2 days. You'll enjoy every minute. Lastly, as stated, the staff are phenomenal..... very attentive.

What a wonderful first experience my wife and I had in the Grand Royal Pool suite!  Fort those unfamiliar with Belamere Suites, their focus is on romance, connection, and coupling with your significant other. Belamere totally nailed it on all fronts for out visit:  the room was ready early, the staff (Michael and Kat) welcomed us with a Happy Birthday dance and song for my Wife, beautiful vase of roses and lit votive candles (birthday package) waiting for us, room and pool area were sparkling clean, warm muffins and coffee cakes with orange juice and coffee delivered to our room in the morning, and a friendly staff. We also received a nice tour of another type of room (Presidential Suite) after checking out (compliments of Michael) and may try that room in the future. We expect our first visit to be the start of a wonderful new relationship with Belamere Suites!  🙂

Wife Birthday and Connecting Time - Wait - a Pool Right in the Room!

The staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. We booked the Whirlpool room because that was the only one available, but when we checked in I asked if they had a pool suite available by chance. They did! We were able to upgrade for one night. The  Presidential Suite.  We had to move to the other room the second night lol but that was okay. 
Both rooms were very nice and clean. The pool area was great! Warm pool, with Bluetooth speakers to play music of choice. 

The mattress was soft. The breakfast was muffins, tea or coffee, orange juice. 
The room has a mini fridge, mugs, wine glasses and opener. No microwave but the front desk will warm up your food for you. They bring you ice and whatever else you need. Coffee or tea whenever you want. Yeh fire place is nice and gets TOASTY!! We enjoyed our stay.

Wonder Anniversary Trip

It was wonderful!  We will definitely be back.  All pictures that I posted were in the private room we had.  There are 4 levels of rooms.  This was the 3rd level.  I’m not sure what the other levels entail.  

24th anniversary 

An employee, a young looking girl with dark hair and glasses, was so unbelievably aggressive. She harassed us multiple times throughout the night, and got so upset that we didnt order their food. Sorry, I dont want your $25 frozen pizza.
The room was purchased for a friend who's had recurring seizures so that she could have a night off from life and soak to heal up her muscles, when I tried explaining the situation she said "So you guys aren't even a couple??? You need to leave immediately", even though I BOOKED and PAID for the room. So as to not stress my friend out more, I went to collect my stuff and split up our dinner to take home. 
This employee calls me not even a minute after we get back into the room, saying that if I'm not gone in 5 minutes the cops were being called. 
Theres was absolutely no talking to this psychopath. When we tried having a civil conversation with her she would just yell over us, in person and on the phone.
So I get my stuff and leave, and when I get about a mile away theres perrysburg cops racing toward that direction. 
This situation stressed my friend out so bad that she went back into cluster seizures, when it was supposed to be a night for her to recover.
I've tried contacting management multiple times and I get hung up on, and emails have not been responded to.
Dont waste your money, much better & cheaper options elsewhere.

Aggressive Employees

This was our 2nd time celebrating our Anniversary  here, and we’ve already booked again for next year. We might even try to squeeze another visit in before then. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are so nice, very spacious and comfortable, and having our own private pool is amazing!

It was my first visit with my husband as a getaway trip, we truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning. I loved the hospitality of the front desk members they made everything so welcoming..

Ultimate Whirlpool Suite was wonderful relaxing and a must stay for couples. Very romantic! Whirlpool for two was great. Fireplace was romantic. Shower was wonderful. Loved the stone floor great for your feet.
