What was bad

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well first of all, when I got to the hotel I had already paid for my booking through zenhotels.com. However, when I get there I was told that I had to give an extra $100 for security even though I stayed for only a few hours since I arrived at 9pm and left at 7pm. I'm still waiting for the money to be returned since one employee told me it would take 7-10 days and another one said 3-5 days. Second of all, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN/DAMAGED. I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs just to get to my room! Like if I really wanted a workout I would've gone to a gym. Lastly, the carpet was sticky, the bathroom floor as well and the bed sheets were so itchy that I literally checked for bedbugs. Overall, the staff was not that informative, she didn't know a lot of the answers to the questions I asked pertaining my stay & the security deposit and she had a bit of an attitude. (Not all the staff, just the lady that was there when I arrived). I would not recommend nor would I ever stay in this hotel again.
