I go by this place every day. It has been shut down for quite awhile. Fenced in area, homeless  in it.
Can't believe you are still showing this as available..   Neighborhood not so good.    This place was never
that great to stay at.  Shame it justs sits there windows open, and curtins blowing out. SHame and eyesore.

DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU RISK BED BUGS!

I went to Hotel 502 to recuperate from lung cancer surgery. My daughter and I discovered a bed bug in our room, and we were bitten on our wrists, backs and necks. To add insult to injury, Hotel 502 overcharged me hundreds of dollars for my stay.

Forget trying to negotiate with management. They're rude, unprofessional and will refuse to help you!

Bed Bugs and Overcharging!

We check in at 3:00 to find out there is no running water. Our room didn't have a functioning refrigerator (it was filled with little dead bugs) so we requested a different room. This room smelled like cigarettes and had no coffee maker, When we contacted the front desk about this, they acted as if we were being too demanding. My friend and I went to dinner, came back to the room only to find that someone has been in our room! The curtain was closed, and the pillow on the bed was propped up against the headboard! I freaked out! At this point I went to the lobby and asked for a refund. Of course they denied us. No apology, nothing. PUNKS Do not stay there.

NEVER AGAIN!

From when we arrived and thought by its condition outside that it was abandoned to find the only car in the car park was the reception car. The front office was very poor in condition with ply wood behind the desk. The foyer was so so. The decor was 70's in poor taste and condition.
The floor we was on 3 Rs smelt like stale smoke but it wasn't in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities we basic, bed was a king with only three pillows and looked clean. The room was clean but very dated with curtains hanging half off, PowerPoints loose bed lamp not working and bathroom just. Shower was average. We even left and purchased door wedges as we didn't feel that safe here. No safe or wardrobe in room or extra pillows or blankets and limited suitcase storage room.
If we weren't tired after long drive and hadn't prepaid booking and knew where everything was we wouldn't have stayed. The cheek they even took $50 security off credit card for incidentals and all up the whole room wouldn't be worth that. Top it right of there wasn't even any milk.


Very Dissatisfied 

Besides agreeing with the recent reviews of this place being disgusting, I paid for my room in advance booking through trip advisor and when I left, they charged my credit card again for the room. After multiple calls and emails, they were "so helpful" on the phone, but NEVER REFUNDED the second charge. This place needs to go out of business!!

Scam

this is a very run down hotel, phoenix has left it behind. the rooms smelled bad, the passages smelt bad, the airconditioning whizzed and didn't do much. the bed wasn't good. the carpet is dirty, this place had a tripadvisor award for 2015, how has it fallen so far? the pool is a good size but is dirty, the concierge advised us to park close to the lobby and suggested that sometimes the locals race their cars through the car park. it is close to transport but that doesn't redeem it.
