What was good

I enjoyed the bar in the hotel.

What was bad

Basically everything, housekeeping was slow therefore they didn’t have a room for me till 6pm. Waited hours in the lobby for a room even though I had a reservation online, I was not the only one with this problem. Over 10 people experienced the hold up. Wasn’t even offered a discount our time waiting for the room we had already paid for. Very unorganized business. Houskeeping are very rude especailly the lady who is in charge of the housekeepers.
