Things might have improved since some of the older reviews.  This is not a fancy motel and the price is less than half of the place next door where we have stayed in the past.  The publicity online looks better than the hotel in person.  That said, we were satisfied with what we received for our money.  There were no unusual odors, the AC worked well, the bed linens and carpets were clean, the towels were fine and the tub was clean.  We just needed a place to stay for one night on that side of town.  Now, the little rectangles of soap -- those left a  bit to be desired.  We would return.  Four stars for this class of hotel.

Good place for one night

Absolutely horrible - it's not clear if the hotel is a drug dealership, a brothel or just a creepy place in Phoenix, but certainly not a place where I would ever stay with my family. I looked at the room where the bathtub was rust/blood, on the bed were a lot of hair, it was loud, and there were a lot of strange people sneaking through the aisles. I was so shocked that I didn't even take a picture and just ran away, we immediately cancelled and wanted to cancel the booking.

I'll never see you again.

Not good. No carpet in room. One chair. No coffee maker  Bad neighborhood. Lobby closed. Only check in thru night security widow. All day. Stay somewhere else unless your dealing drugs or women. TV cabinet foor hinge broken and can't close it. No bath mstt/towel for the shower.

POOR CHOICE 

the front desk people were nice, but the room looks like a jail cell. They have rough tiny towels I would consider a hand towel and they only give you one.  no coffee maker or continental breakfast. closed since covid and not open still. Only one thin, nasty cigarette burns on it on a no smoking hotel!. no bedspread!  not a picture on the wall!

I spent the night on October 7th, 2022: they weren't the cheapest around, I could have gone elsewhere. However, on the websites they promised specific amnities that other hotels didn't have, the pool, breakfast. Upon arrival, I found this was false advertisement. They were extremely rude to me upon arrival, asking me "What do you want?" The room itself was dirty, I was afraid to touch anything and then the fire alarm went off when I turned the heater on! Not worth the money, find somewhere else to stay!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY!

I can not recommend to stay there. The room was very dirty, smelled terribly from cigarette smoke and the old carpet. The bathroom was beyond disgusting, strangers hair on the toilet seat, stains on the seat. The Shower was dirty, moldy and just disgusting. The sink did not have a plug and there was something swimming in the drain. 
Check in was rude. 

Can Not recommend

I spent the night of February 4th, 2021. I had to go to St. Joseph's hospital to pick up my husband, he had surgery for a subdural hematoma. I was alone and in unfamiliar surroundings. The door frame was falling apart, the security lock on inside was broken and the room was absolutely filthy. I didn't sleep a wink. $105!!! See pics

Very Uncomfortable

Went to Nascar race and had to find room last minute. Hotel is not good. Key didn't work everyday. Did not get maid service one day. Door looked like it had been kicked in. Very run down property. The price was Ok.  Was easy to get to the Nascar race. 

Last choice

We stayed here because we drive a truck over the road, and they have a nice truck parking lot, and the rooms were nice for the price.  Awsome Location. Can't beat the room and location for the price! Just watch put for working girls staying at the motel but they seemed to leave people alone.

Best place for OTR Drivers

Went to Phoenix for the first time.  I found this hotel online.  I was not to sure how the room would be.  The room was clean. We always need more pillows and the office sent some up.  Staff friendly from check in to check out.  Housekeeper was very nice and even stopped to chat with our 4 legged child.  We will be back again when we visit Phoenix.
