Questionable location & BED BUGS,

I went again my usual standards & ignored the other reviews since this was the only motel in my price range in the area I wanted to be in. Staff was very nice when I asked for a room on the 1st floor, but waited 20 minutes for it to be "cleaned". I was there Friday evening to Sunday morning, didn't sleep in the bedroom because the person in the room above was a chain smoker.  These are apartments where the staff lives in the other rooms, I found a bedbug in my home 7 days after returning. Go with your gut wish I had. Many, many, many, many, worried months ahead.

Questionable location & BED BUGS,

This is one horrible, terrible place!  Let me start off by saying that I travel dozens and dozens of times and honestly look for the cheapest price when it comes to a one night stay.  HUGE MISTAKE!! I checked in at 130am because of a long flight with my 2 kids and husband. When I arrived, the clerk didn't say hi, barely even looked at me.  When you got Kat Von D posted up in your lobby, hot pocket trash from the clerk on the couch, crap everywhere you know there's a problem. We got room 203 couple steps from the office.  Seriously sick.  This was a so called non smoking room, but the room smelled like packs of cigarettes, sink was filled with cigarette burns, kitchen had a refrigerator that doesn't work, microwave was bolted in (probably because items tend to get stolen), no kitchenware in the kitchenette, blowdryer holder without the blowdryer (because this probably gets stolen too), stains on the bed sheets, a hand written note behind the bedroom door from the previous person saying some crap about getting a job and how much she loves her kids. So disgusting! and worse worse worse of all.. 3 roaches found in the kitchen and bathroom and a freaken bed bug that I saw on the sheets. Stayed here for literally 30 minutes and asked to check out.  Was so disgusted.  Called Hilton Garden Inn and Suites that was right down the block, luckily.  Clerk, Anthony wasn't surprised we checked out quick.  This overnight stay literally ruined our vacation.  I called the next morning to talk to the manager, Mike and instead I spoke to a female who barely spoke english and yelled at me as if I was making this stuff up.  I am livid and still am.  I'm definitely going to dispute this with my bank to refund me since the nasty motel won't.  Overall, read the reviews folks. These don't lie. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO SLEEP OVERNIGHT. PEOPLE STAY HERE FOR TEMPORARY LIVING! That means people are homeless, jobless, crack heads, dirty and filthy.  The employees attitudes and mannerisms directly reflect on this franchise they're trying to operate.  Don't risk your own health and safety trying to go cheap. Better to spend a couple more dollars for a decent hotel.

BEST INN AND SUITES? MORE LIKE WORST INN AND SUITES

Stayed here this past October for a few days while I was visiting some friends. Overall my experience here was awesome! The rooms are clean, the staff was accommodating and there are lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby. Next time I'm in town I'll be staying here!

Best Inn & Suites is awesome!

Stayed here by myself this time around. Was a experience. I don't know what all the old reviews are about, but this place was conveniently located next to the airport so my taxi wasn't too expensive. Only stayed one night so my experience was short but sweet for the price. 

Not bad for the price. 

I checked in and asked to be placed at the end because I had a dog. They put me in a room that was 6 doors down from the office. I requested the end again and they said those rooms are for weekly and monthly tenants. There are obviously not 65 rooms available. 

While I was getting my bags out of my car I witnessed 4 men in a Navigator parked by me, one got out and went to one of their tenant rooms, while the others stayed in the car. As I was gathering my things the man driving started acting bizarre(tweaking). At this point I went back to my room, gathered my things, loaded them up, and proceeded to check out. My husband got our money refunded, but there are some obvious illegal activities going on here. Worst hotel ever!!!! FYI- got a better rate at a much nicer place... Look at the reviews and satellite imaging before you book!!!!!
