We paid $199 for one night. This was the cheapest of all the hotels in the area. I was told due to MLB Spring training & a NASCAR thing going. All the hotels everywhere was super expensive. This hotel was the cheapest in the area. The staff was unprofessional, there are bums all around the hotel. There was supposed to be a breakfast available with our registration as stated but didn't see any food items. We saw another guest spit out the coffee. The room had a funky smell and the bathroom was gross. My teen didn't even feel comfortable to shower. Cash deposit required at check in. You CANNOT get your cash deposit back before 9am on the day of checkout. I'm so surprised with all the other bad reviews this hotel in still in business.

I’m here for a week, for business purposes. I booked this hotel because the rates are reasonable. However, in the hotel industry, you get what you pay for.
Room is in substandard maintenance condition and is generally dirty. I’ve seen live roaches and ants, and a dead bedbug. Day 1, walking barefoot on the floor, my feet got black. Toilet barely flushes. The room’s heater doesn’t work. My room key has needed to be reactivated 8 (eight!) times during my week stay. Wi Fi doesn't work, which I needed for my business computer. 
Management and employees are unresponsive and rude.

I have never, in 40+ years of business hotel stays, experienced such hospitality ineptitude.

Employees are disgusting when I asked for the supervisor and her name she asked what it was regarding and I told her I had a complain she then told me to come say it to her face and she knew my name and all my information to come back and say it to her face then told me she was the supervisor she can talk to me anyway she wants and won’t get fired she has been there to long and has talk to people like that before and she hasn’t got fired wow the room was nasty that my friend didn’t even stay and I pulled off all the sheets so maybe the next person would get clean sheets

Just disgusting

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in .
 It is very dirty 
 My granddaughter took her socks off and her feet were black from the carpet within five minutes 
 The bathroom floor in the corners were dirty 
 The fixtures were broken in the bathroom including the toilet that moved on the floor 
 The maintenance man came because the toilet was clogged and after plunging it he told us just don’t put the paper in the toilet 
 And at $100 a night it was really not worth a penny

DONT STAY HERE

Very nice location right off freeway and close to restaurants and stores. Management were very friendly and informative of places I asked about. Rooms were very clean and maintained. Breakfast was just enough for road trip to continue to next stop to eat. Would differently stay there agajn when in area. 

Weekend trip

Non smoking rooms set in between smoking rooms! My room had a smokey smell even though it was non smoking. Bathroom water dripped in tub, toilet was so low and no bars to assist and it appeared not to be attached correctly, light in bathroom had no cover,sink had to drain plug. Tile floor sticky and carpet dirty! TV didn't work.

Experience

The room needed to be dusted.  Bed was nice and big.  Needs to have the sink and bath tub drain replaced.  The TV could hardly be seen as it was so snowy and one station did not have any sound at all. Won't return. 

Trip

I am relocating to Glendale, az from north Carolina. I found this hotel , just by chance. Its clean, and guest services is amazing. Only bad things are, its in a slum area of town. And you see aome seedy character out on street in front. .but had no trouble...nice hotel. .
