This was the worst experience of my life. First off, its false advertisement. The sign clearly said 53 dollars, for I got charged 100 dollars at 2:00 in the morning; so they are some crooks. When I went in the room, there was a bug on the lamp shade, a bug on the toilet when I went to the bathroom, and a bug on the floor. At that point, I was afraid to go to sleep, for I may subject to bed bugs or roaches or fleas; I seen three different bugs. There was no wifi, the tv was snowy, there wasn't a phone in the room, and the whole experience made me sick to my stomach. Every time I call the front desk, I cant get an answer. I feel like they are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and don't know how to treat people. I can not make this up and I feel like I was ripped off and could have just slept in my car. This place is disgusting  and I don't see how they stay open

This Place Should Be Closed Down

By far the most unpleasant uncomfortable hotel experience I have ever encountered in my life completely unprofessional and no since of customer service or hospitality they charge you for any and everything that they possibly can every night you stay is and an extra charged another fee so say your first nights rate was 67 by the 3rd night you're at a charge of 85 dollars,, this is unheard of and absolutely ludicrous I feel this establishment should be shut down and a company with better business practices should have the opportunity to show what great customer service and customer appreciation really looks like.....I give this place -5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌩

Worst experience ever

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel - I was not sure what to expect.  The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful.  My room was on the first floor, which I appreciated!  The room was very clean and quiet. I had a kitchenette which was very helpful so I did not have to eat out. It felt like a studio apartment instead of a hotel room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

A Very Nice Place to Stay for a Few Nights

I am a travel nurse living in North Arizona,  when I came to do my days in Phoenix I stayed at Budget Lodge, unhappy with the set up but as a night nurse I just slept in the day and worked at night so knowing the price was right I stayed. My second week my son and his girl friend came to visit, happy to see them I said , " I'm going to get take out I be right back". I had just paid for the second week  house keeping came to the room while I was gone and reported to the front desk unauthorized people are in the room. Management made them leave and Evicted me and my card to the room.  They said I can not return to my room nor will they give me my money 191.21 .

Crooks .....Unprofessional.....Terrible people skills......Disrespectable Management.

no amenities, filthy dangerous area, crime ridden, ac unit is half out of the wall,
smells like smoke, vomit, beer, 
burnt cigarette holes in carpet
this is an eyesore for the neighnborhood, it attracts woman of the night, drugs, guns, etc
often no one in the lobby is their to pick up phone calls, 
they say they have a patio with a fireplace,  this is all not true

never in my life have i been in such a scandelous motel. There is a maid who tries to charge you for all the towells because of stains on them. I stayed this last time and intentionally didnt use them, coincidentally i still was forced to purchase all the towells. I dont get what the motive is and nevertheless will never stay again. Also i was locked out of my room because of this until i paid in full for all of them. They gave me stained towells and charged me for them with all of my belongings as a bargaining chip.
