Don’t stay here. Crack house hotel. Smells, stains, crazy people, can’t gamble properly. It’s a never ending list of don’t go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is so bad you will leave a worse person for being there!

My husband and I stayed for one night for the car show. This was the closest hotel. We booked a few days ahead. On the day we were to check in, the hotel had a water leak, making some rooms uninhabitable. We were called and warned there may not be a room for us. We arrived and were told that the water leak had been fixed, but that room cleaning was delayed, and our room wasn't ready. We went to supper in town at the Grecian Steak House (separate review - highly recommend). When we arrived back around 6:30 pm, our room was ready. It turned out to be a wheelchair-accessible room - Room 111. Wide areas between beds and vinyl-type flooring. There was a standard bathtub/shower combo but with multiple grab bars and a fold-down seat. No hand-held shower head. Lots of floor space in the bathroom to move around in a wheelchair. (We don't use a wheelchair, but a family member does, so we are very aware of necessities.) I really felt that the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a room despite their difficulties that day.

she was great at her job folded towels while we talked very fast at it

the rooms are clean felt very safe 
if your into the bar thing well it looked very nice clean and the music sounded nice
and seemed very relaxing.

i did not go to the pool as i dont know how to swim

there was workers out of town working on the motel 
it was intresting to talk to them 

i just felt at home there 

even dads little dog sleep good

great place to stay

I first stayed at America’s Best Value Inn in Pinckneyville, IL in September of 2019. It was a very pleasant visit. The owner and staff were very friendly; the room was clean and comfortable; and the price was quite reasonable. I had the good fortune to return there two weeks ago and was even more pleased. They have done a lot of renovation so my room was even fresher and cleaner. They’ve replaced the room carpeting with a “wood” type flooring which feels much cleaner. And my room was quite spacious with a comfy sofa and desk. As before, the owner and staff were quite friendly. I highly recommend it. Carol E. April 2022

Our travel baseball team stayed here for the weekend. They had an awesome time in the game room and swimming pool! They enjoyed the pizza and snacks that are available for purchase.  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing Service!!

We recently had a fire in our hometown of pinckneyville resulting in a long stay at the hotel!    The owner and management went out of their way to help us!  They were very understanding and easy to work with!  Tony in housekeeping was great making sure we were always taken care of.  We have 2 large dogs,  so one of  the best  features for us were, The rooms were pet friendly  and clean.    The bartender was friendly and went over the top for us!  We ended up staying through Christmas!  They opened the breakfast area for my family to have Christmas dinner,  i was forever greatful!   Thanks America best value inn for everything you have done for me and my family!

Christmas 2021 @ Americas best value  inn!

We were visiting family in the area so choose this hotel based on the location and looked clean in pictures.  Very deceiving.  The hotel smells of mildew. The kids wanted to go swimming in the pool.  The pool area seemed fine,  until we looked up and saw all the mold growing on the ceiling tiles.  This place should not be operating. We spent a little time there as possible.

This isn't the Plaza or the Drake and we didn't expect as much. But our overnight stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Pinckneyville, Illinois, was exactly what it was billed to be--comfortable. Also quiet and convenient. Located at 5700 State Route 154, west of Route 13 and the town of Pinckneyville, east of Route 151, near Pinckneyville Community Hospital and Pinckneyville Correctional Center, it is 29 miles from Shawnee National Forest and 19 miles from Rend Lake. In case you aren't familiar with Americas Best Value Inn, it is the 10th largest chain of hotels in the world with more than 1,000 locations in North America. My wife and I booked a non-smoking guest room with one King-sized bed, free wi-fi, cable TV, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee/tea maker, safe and telephone and a private bathroom with shower/tub combination. Other hotel amenities include a business center, 24-hour front desk, free self parking, bar/lounge, indoor pool, laundry room, complimentary wireless internet access, complimentary breakfast and complimentary newspapers. And pets are allowed. No, a restaurant isn't attached. But Joe's Pizza & Pasta is highly recommended and only a short drive to the west. For boaters and fishermen and hikers and nature lovers, this is a popular recreation area. This 47-room hotel offers a welcome rest after an exhausting day of sight-seeing.
