We had six people stay. It is clean, neat equipped with everything that you would need for a long stay very quiet serene. You would never be disappointed. We go every year and stay for four days and love every minute of it. You have a secure place to park your car and trailer if need be wonderful accommodations throughout.

Great place to stay with your Family.

I had an excellent stay at Valentina Suites! The suite was fully furnished, had a comfortable bed, was very clean, and had everything I needed. I always felt safe and the secured covered parking was great. The owner and sons were very kind and responsive.  Amazing location only being a couple blocks from the beach and a lot of food/shops all around. I would definitely stay here again! 

Great stay in Pismo!

Valentina is a beautiful property, designed to create a relaxing retreat for its guests.
We were there for 4 nights and enjoyed such peace and quiet, as if we were home, except that we could walk to the beach anytime we wanted!
Our unit had everything we needed, and I love the architecture And beautiful details.
The owners are so kind and caring and ready to help if needed.
I would highly recommend Valentina to anyone who wants to experience the Pismo Beach life!

My wife and I just visited Pismo Beach and stayed for two nights at the Valentina Suites.  The botique hotel is, without a doubt, the most beautiful building in the City.  Perfect location for walking to restaurants (Giuseppe's is right across the street), the beach and shopping.  The owner's were gracious and accommodating and we got secured covered parking for our vehicle.

fabulous Pismo Beach hotel

Not suitable for families with kids, this place is very particular and strict.  No air conditioning, the safe was broken, furniture is noisy on the tile floor, and there is more you can't do than can do.  The neighbors complain about opening the door too many times.  They don't specify it, but visitors are not allowed, they watch the cameras to verify who is coming into your place and the maximum capacity is truly the amount allowed for the condo only, no more than that.  Plan on losing your deposit if you have friends over because they charge as extra people, so factor the deposit into the cost.

Not for families

Central location in walking distance to about everything,  about 2 1/2 blocks to Pismo Beach and pier.   Secured parking garage. Secure clean facilities, keyless coded entry. Responsive management (exceptional). Self contained furnished everything you need. Excellent wifi, in unit router.  Front load full size washer/dryer.  Very well maintained, and very attractive outside decor.  Noisy street.   Check some household items for replacement. Very pleasurable experience.   We stayed 90 days.

Fully furnished turnkey secure, easy walk to everything, beach & pier just 2.5 blocks walk. 

I recently stayed at The Valentina Suits in Pismo Beach, California and loved the property. Not only was it really beautifully decorated and designed but the location was amazing. Every day my partner and I were  able to walk to the beach and boardwalk pier then in the some amazing local dining was just steps away. I highly recommend this place as a luxury boutique getaway spot!

Absolutely beautiful with an ideal location.

My family and I stayed at Valentina Suites for two nights and from the moment we arrived we could not have asked for a better experience. Valentina is a family owned establishment and the owners could not be more kind, helpful and accommodating. I was impressed by their meticulous attention to detail. The love and pride they take in presenting a piece of Pismo Beach history to their guests is clear to see. The beautifully designed mission revival architecture lends an old town charm to the place, while the exquisite suites, each named in honor of a notable Pismo Beach resident, provide all the comfort and convenience of a modern hotel. The ocean views are beautiful and the patio attached to our suite was the perfect place to listen to the waves crash while also taking in the quaint beauty of the town. 
Sitting a mere two blocks from the ocean and lovely beach surrounding the Pismo Beach pier, Valentina Suites is also within walking distance of many delicious and varied food options. I could spend a week there just to try all of the food! 
Whatever might take you to Pismo Beach, CA I  am confident that a stay at Valentina Suites will not disappoint!

Incredible Suite, Incredible Location, Incredible People!

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed here 12 weeks while house hunting in the area.

The property is beautiful; it’s designed, built and styled in a welcoming California-Mediterranean coastal flavor that embodies the best of the SoCal indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The building is stocked with conveniences from keyless entries, video security, covered parking, outdoor sand shower and barbeque pit, courtesy luggage cart, beach toys, and more.

The interior design is elegant and tasteful, and very functional. Furniture and finishes are all high end; linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are good quality and well chosen. Everything you might need has been thought of and arranged, from laundry pods to light switch labels. Just show up, settle in and enjoy Pismo Beach.

As a family run business, the owners are extremely attentive without being the least bit intrusive. They are locals who put a lot into the community and the historic preservation of the town, and it’s delightful to see that history highlighted and on display in the apartments.

The location is great, in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, with ocean views from most of the apartments, just a couple blocks off the pier, so you can walk to the best dining and shopping in the area. In summer season, you’re in the heart of the action; the rest of the year, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Central Coast without quite so many tourists.

In summary, if you can snag a reservation at the Valentina Suites, grab it while you can. And while you’re at it, grab next year’s too. You won’t regret it.
