The rooms are nice and clean with  comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also really like that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel so we do not have to leave the hotel. 

Stay at Polson Red Lion

everything was great. enjoyed our stay and will be back. we were in town home shopping and red lion gave us a great place to relax and catch up. view from our room of the mountains and lake was perfect. will be back

Great star

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had!  I did not have an opportunity to use the pool, but will next time I am here.  I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Had a great stay here Halloween weekend.  
We checked in with no issues and we had a very clean and neat room on the second floor.  The beds were very comfy, however very high.   My 9 year old son had to push the ottoman over to get on the bed safely and even I had to get a running start to jump up there.  This could be very difficult for some people.  
Due to Covid they are not cleaning during your stay, which is fine.  We ran downstairs and got extra towels as needed. 
Breakfast was the same every morning, but quite delicious so we didn’t mind.  There was a little something for everyone and a good selection of juices, milk, tea, hot chocolate, and very tasty coffee.   
We used the pool, hot tub, and gym during our stay and were very happy with all.  The gym is stocked with cold bottled water, which is a very thoughtful touch.  
Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat.  The price we paid was more than fair for our stay.   

Great little hotel in the most beautiful location.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel.. quiet, comfy beds, great location to downtown and views of the lake. Great customer service. Has a lovely patio to see the sunsets and indoor pool, exercise room. Lots of parking..

Quiet and comfortable!

Everything about this hotel was excellent.  Beautiful, updated, very clean and comfortable rooms.  We stayed in a King View room.  Great value.  The people working there were very friendly, courteous, and helpful.  Very good hot, free breakfast.  Great amenities.  Great location-close to shopping and places to eat, sidewalks and nearby walking/bike paths, and more.  Given there are so few choices of places to stay in Polson, the hotel wouldn't have to try hard to be so good, but it obviously has high standards.  We'll definitely stay here again.

Excellent in every way

We've stayed at several motels in the area. In our opinions this is the cleanest, most spacious, friendliest place for the best price. The front desk requested house keeping to prepare a room for us ahead of schedule. After spending 12 hours on the road and driving through the night, the soft warm, clean bed and room were a welcome site! Thank you RED LION of Polson!

"Best Stay in Flathead Country!"

Pros: Super value! Great place to stay. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Lake view. Drew checked us in and was very friendly. Other staff was too.

Cons: I did smell cigarette smoke a couple times in the hallway. Maybe it came from outside. I saw pets, but thankfully, our allergies weren't affected.  Room doors shut loud and I heard doors shutting starting at 5is if I remember right. 

That being said - at the discounted rate we paid- I would recommend this hotel. It was in a nice area and the staff did a good job.

Great visit!

Clean, quiet room.  Convenient location.  Breakfast was minimal likely due to staffing but easily overlooked. It's the way of things right now.  Staff is always welcoming and kind.  Go-to hotel in the Valley.

Always great

Stayed here July 30-Aug 12, was fantastic. We got a corner room with two windows, was lovely! Our daughter was in education camp the whole time, our black lab was welcome, and we settled in. They had a nice continental breakfast, nice pool, good fitness room and very comfy beds and ventilation. Within walking distance to Walmart across the highway. We loved everything about it, and staff were amazing. We were actually booked in for only a few days. We were supposed to go Missoula but we liked it so much in Polson that we asked if we could extend our stay. They said yes and we didn’t even have to change rooms...amazing service! Sorry to leave your beautiful paradise, hope to see you next summer!
