Had to spend the night unexpectedly.  Staff was friendly and helpful.  Room was clean, comfortable, and smelled nice. Ac was cold. Was surprised at how nice it was for the price.  We would stay here again. 

Better than expected 

Room was clean and spacious and very comfortable.  I’m a smoker and to be able to find a low priced place to stay that still has smoking rooms is Fabulous and theFree WiFi is very fast and they allow pets for a very reasonable price per pet per day.  Anyone coming to stay overnight or more days in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Stay here you won’t regret it

Very Comfortable and clean for a very affordable price

I City.was referred to this hotel by someone I work with at a Refinery. My first impression was very promising. Looked and smelt pleasing. The staff very friendly also. I have stayed there several times and never had a bad experience. I would refer it to anyone looking for a room in Ponca City, OK

I was in Ponca City for work at  refinery ,as i am production supervisor and stayed at the ashley inn for 2 week with crew .very comfortable place with good rate.i would say this is the perfect location to stay ,very convenient to get food stuff near by this location. property was clean and tidy.Front desk staff also friendly and ready to help anytime . overall we were happy with our comfort stay at ashley inn .For sure would like stay again if have to  come in ponca city for work . thanks

Really disappointed the place reeked of marijuana.  My room had a huge hole in the wall also the tv remote was broken so I could not watch tv.  I was allegedly in a non smoking room on a non smoking floor.

Booked our room online, showed up to our room and noticed one of the beds wasn’t made and a/c wasn’t on, so the room was extremely hot and humid. 
Returned to desk and told them about the bed and they put us in the room next door. 
After being in the “non smoking” room we noticed burns in the comforter and then after taking a shower in the morning, no towels. 
Mold growing around tub edges. 
Could be a nice hotel with some work. 
Oh yeah, at 9am housekeeping woke us up smh. 

Disappointed 

This hotel was probably one of the worst I have ever been to. Smashed cockroaches on the walls, dried blood drops on floor and phone doesn’t even have a cord to plug to phone jack on wall. Big hole in wall and lock broken on the door. Ridiculous!!

Mold and hair in sink and tub, no towels even if you did take shower,  potato chips on floor, dirt on floor, TV kind of faced 1 bed and the wall with no way to turn it so other person could watch, had to unplug microwave to plug in laptop that's when we noticed many potato chips and dirt on floor, beds were sunk in, pillows was flat,  the park on backside of motel look like druggie heaven. Wish there was a button to the negative cause it was worse than terrible. The front desk seemed nice but that is it!

Dirty, no towels, no plugins,

Decent rooms roach's horrible customer service will not be returning here me and my family paid good money for bad customer service and when needed a comp room after a week stay and will not work with me will not be returning
