Out door key didn't work we had to go to office everytime we came back so they would open the door and than I payed for two more nights online and they talking about I didn't have reservations and put up out Aug 3at 11. We had reservations from Aug 2 to Aug 4. Than was upset when we left . They said to pay again or leave. We just left. And we paid for Aug for Aug 2 threw Aug 4 but had to leave Aug 3. Please help.
