Sanjay is the sweetest man and his motel is adorable. It's old school, but clean and so cute. The neighborhood is wonderful with incredible food and fun. I highly recommend for price, location, cleanliness and hospitality.  It is our Anniversary and he brought us a present. Such a sweet person who is a new citizen and is SO proud of that. Support him and his new life in America!!!

A wonderful delight

OK Rooms, needing upgraded, more attention to what should be expected to be furnished in room and brought forth with multi night stay. A little tricky to enter and exit Motel site. The north side rooms are away from freeway noise.

Portland stay

I went with few expectations and that is what I would suggest. The room was clean but in dire need of some TLC including replacing the broken bathroom door and repairing the wood floors to make all the pieces meet instead of leaving gaping holes in the middle of the floor. The staff wasn’t all that helpful. Either they didn’t know what to do (like when asked for a dinner suggestion) or felt overwhelmed (like when asked for a cup that could manage the hot liquids from the coffee maker because the room only had plastic cups and front desk had to go to maids closet to find small styrofoam ones). 
Again the place was clean and served its purpose but one night on your way through is probably the best way to stay here.

The hotel is situated near the centre there is not many food places the hotel is two storeys high you don't get any breakfast the rooms are basic no iron the bathrooms are small it has a fridge and air con.

this must have been a room they didn't have it yet. Hardwood floor's. Under the bed inch of dust bunnies  and a dusty sock.  The walls were soiled terribly the worst when was the bathroom walls which were staying with some type of diet big purple blotches.  There were holes in the  very thin towels.The toilet paper holder was so rusted the toilet paper was just sitting on top of the counter. The refrigerator was very dirty little freezer inside was caked with ice. For some reason the drawers in the dresser had their candles screwed inside out so you can open the drawers. The remote was missing. There was a window that had no screen We could not open that window because the homeless people right on the other side at the foot level we're doing drugs.The bedding was dirty, soiled and a little mattress padding in between the sheet in the dirty mattress and I had people's hair is woven into it
 this hotel I would maybe pay $25 a night for  being the last hotel room in the city available. but not $107.

Very Dirty!!

I really hate saying anything negative, but I had to make an exception in this case, as I’ve honestly never, ever been treated so rudely at a hotel before.  I was driving through for one night and made the reservation online.  The listing showed it as a pet-friendly hotel, and when I arrived and filled out the paperwork I checked the box stating that I had a dog.  Pretty standard procedure.

About an hour later, the owner called my room, literally SCREAMING at me for having my dog with me.  He went completely bonkers, accusing me of lying to him, trying to sneak my dog past the security cameras, yelling at me to get out of the room, etc.

I learned later that he also screamed at two of his employees for ... letting me check in? Seriously?  WTF!  I’ve stayed at hundreds of places in over 50 countries; I’ve experienced plenty of rude people, but I’ve never been screamed at, insulted, and accused by a psycho this way.  

People who behave this way don’t deserve your business. It’s a crappy motel by the freeway with hundreds just like it.  Pick a different one and don’t give this a-hole your money.

tl;dr ... this place is shady AF and the guy who runs it treats both his employees and customers like dirt. Avoid.
