If you want a 70's thro-back dive, this place is for you..  everything (including the office) smells funky. The owner/manager can only do 1 thing at a time(very slowly).
 We reserved 2 rooms a couple weeks before our visit, then arrived and paid up front (on a different credit card) for our stay. After receiving my credit card statement, he charged almost double $, 2 times on card that I used for reservations. After several phone calls back and forth, he did refund most of it.
 Good luck getting the shower temp right, as water heater is for 1/2 the motel. Our friends room, sink didn't work at all.
 All in all we had a great trip, except for the time we spent here!

Disappointed

The rooms were filthy dirty. Manger is very rude. We paid for 2 nights in advance, for October 25 to October 27, 2019, but we left as soon as we seen the rooms. The first room had hair in the sink, hair in the bed, food crumbs on the table next to the bed, the bed itself had brown stains on the sides of the box spring, the sheets and pillowcases were also dirty. Smoke detector had the cover missing and battery was out. Called the office and asked for another room and the manager gave us another room, and that room was worse, had 2 inches of dust on everything, and everything was sticky, the floor was crunchy. We called and talked to the manager to get a refund, and he refused, when I told him that the rooms were filthy, he hung up on us. If you must choose between this place and sleeping in your car take the car 100% this place is Disgusting, I wouldn’t let my dog stay here!

Had a mix up in a reservation and needed to find a hotel in the area for a weekend. Friend booked two rooms here thru booking .com. Got to the motel checked in, went to the room, and what a shock! It was, old, it smelled bad, it was filthy, Sheets had stains on them! 

Matteres had not been replaced, i am guessing in 20+ years. We refused to stay.  Owner said he would check room. He and a worker were in the room as we stood outside calling to find other accomidations. His worker said it was a little messy but he cleaned up and remade the bed!! The sheets had stains on them! The worker smelled of booze. Owner said we need to get our money back from Booking.com. We are in the process of trying to getting our money back!

Want our money back!!!

We booked 2 rooms through booking.com about 2 days ahead of time, and knew it was non-refundable.  We expected though that we would be staying in a room that was clean and safe.  What we found however, was totally unacceptable. The door entering the room was flimsy and could easily have been broken into. The paint was falling off the walls. The carpet had rugs thrown over to hide the filthy dirty carpeting in the room. The bed sheets were stained and looked as if they hadn't been changed. The mattress itself was old and sloped inward. The room had not been updated for what seems like 30+ years. We went back in to ask for a refund of our rooms and the manager refused and said we needed to take it up with booking.com.  But that website takes you out of the country and I couldn't talk to anybody. I'm now disputing it with my credit card company and I also wrote an email to booking.com.  Hopefully someone will help me here.

Don't stay here! GROSS!

I booked a room for my 18 year old son so he didn't have to drive home in the snow storm. He called me begging to find him a different place to stay as he said the room was extremely filthy. He went and complained and asked for a refund and was denied. All the attendant said to him was have a good night. Lesson learned !

Pathetic

I needed a place to stay for a night, called this motel and they had availability. I was quoted $95, which led me to believe that this would be a decent motel. I was not so sure of that, when I arrived. The place looked pretty trashy from the outside and the office was not much better. I figured that  as long as the room was somewhat clean, I should be alright and I checked in. 

I almost gagged walking into the room. It was a very hot day and the AC was not turned on. The room was hot and muggy and smelled of old carpet, rot, mildew and who knows what else. I left the door open to air some of it out and turned the AC on. I thought the room might feel better once it cooled off. Unfortunately it didn't cool off. I waited a few minutes, but the AC was only blowing warm air. While waiting, I was noticing stained sheets, chairs, carpet as well as some very unusual artwork.

I went back to the office and told the guy that I was not going to be staying here and I quoted the broken AC as my reason. He became very offended and told me that the AC is working. I told him that I am pretty sure it isn't. We went back and forth and few times and I explained that the AC is blowing air, it just isn't cold. He didn't believe me and told me that he has problems with people checking in, using the bathroom, then wanting to leave. Finally, he agreed to go up and take a look. 

Once back up in the room, he turned the AC on and waited for it to start blowing cold air, which of course never happened. He conceded and said that he now believes me... maybe I am not a liar after all...

We went back to his office and he said: "You give me $10 cash, I refund the room." I thought it was quite hilarious that I had to bribe him to get a refund and therefore I agreed to it.

Checked in. Checked out instantly. Smelled, dead roaches and flies all over the floor, bathroom disgusting. I am shocked hotels.com had a hotel like this on their site. Hotel did nothing about a refund (they refunded one night of my two right reservation only). Had to pay $89 to a hotel that should be shut down. Absolutely ridiculous.
