We stayed in Room 2. This is great location - so close to everything but not in the thick of it. 

We booked thru air Bnb. The hosts were really good and on-site most of the day. 

The room we had was decorated really well but was really inconvenient in that the wash basin was not in with the toilet but in the main room and it was really high so it was super hard to use. 

Precious little storage space in room 2 too.

The bed was big and comfy.

So overall a good stay but would check out their other rooms and not book room 2.

Great location, great hosts, a so so room.

We had a wonderful stay at Charm. Our room (1) was immaculate and quiet. We appreciated the big shower (terrific water pressure- yay!) and very nice bath products. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the light was excellent for reading at night. The continental breakfast, which we enjoyed on the spacious porch,  was perfect. Plenty of choices! We spent several hours reading on the roof deck, which was a wonderful spot. Luis and Spooky were helpful and kind, as was Cory. Communication was timely, clear, and helpful. The discount on the ferry tickets was a pleasant surprise! We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Discovery

We had a good trip, first day we arrived we were not happy with our room (we were just being picky as wanted a balcony) and they changed it for us the following morning no issues. The all inclusive food isn’t great but I never left hungry & there is a great snack bar.  There is nothing around the hotel so be prepared to take taxis and buses to places if that’s what you’re wanting (only £1 for the bus) & the entertainment team offer to take you to nightclubs via shuttle bus in the evenings. Beach is lovely, they have water sports and the sea is so clear , the pool is all one depth so if you can’t swim it’s not great; there is entertainment throughout the day (mehmet is great!). Not a bad trip overall

Good trip

My wife and I stayed here last weekend and it was amazing. Room was very comfortable and location can’t be beat.

We had parking included with our stay which was a big plus. 

We walked everywhere we needed to. We only drove to go to the beach. 

Very clean and the one site manager Luis was always there if you needed something.

I would love to stay again and recommend for anyone staying in Provincetown.

Best Stay, location, service.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this quaint bed and breakfast which was close enough to Commercial Street to be in on the action, but removed enough for a quiet nights rest.  COVID may have caused the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, which while delicious, could have used some variety. But we appreciated breakfast being delivered each morning to our door at the selected time. Having access to a refrigerator in our room was helpful and we enjoyed the toiletries from Beekman 1802, which are wonderful. Lastly, my husband raved about the quality of the pillows that were provided—so much so that we removed the pillow case to find the brand and ordered them for ourselves on our return home. Lovely and comfortable stay and we would absolutely recommend to any friends that are looking for a place to stay in Provincetown!

Lovely centrally located Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing, socially distant and virtually touch-free weekend at Charm.  Our check-in was done via phone, our breakfast ordered via text and every other need catered to in as safe a manner as possible.  While the parking spaces were full, we barely saw or heard another soul for 2 days...and it was heaven!  Our room was clean and cozy and Charm is a very short walk to Commercial Street.  We left feeling recharged and grateful.  Definitely will be back!

Ideal for a Relaxing Weekend

This place is OK but the guy who runs it called me and was a jackass on the phone.  He said we had to quarantine for 14 days or have a Covid test and I told him we would have a Covid test which we did and I asked him to email me the details and he refused to.  I asked him why he could not email the details and he said because he was "not my secretary".  He apologized a week later but that genie was already out of the bottle.  What he needs to understand is that people go on vacation to have fun - not to be berated by hotel people.  The place was decent but the shower had poor water pressure.  I give them a 4 out of 10.

It is so close to everything, only a short walk to the many restaurants and shops of P-town.  Our room was quiet

I stayed at Charm with 2 other couples for labour day weekend. This place is perfect in so many ways. Location couldn't be better as you are just one street over from Commercial and steps away from everything the town has to offer. That being said, at nighttime it's very quiet and comfortable for getting a good nights sleep. Lousie and Cory are amazing hosts and have the property in accumulate condition. They deliver breakfast in a cute little paper bag to your door every morning and there is always coffee and fresh fruit in the entrance area. I would highly recommend this perfect little gem if you are looking for a great place to stay in ptown.

Amazing Provincetown B&B

We enjoyed our stay here.  Very short but nice walk to downtown Province town but away from the traffic and noise. There is parking and you can park your bikes. Very light breakfast in morning but provided in a little gift bag on time.  Nice management.
