Best resort for the money in PTown. Great pool, units are fully equipped with 2 bathrooms and lots of living space. Clean and staff is extremely accommodating. Sandy and Charm go the extra mile all of the time to make your perfect vacation. Just a quick walk to the beach and all that PTown has to offer. We love this place and hope to return soon. The pandemic kept us away for a few years but ready to go this summer 2023. BTW, we last visited in August 2019. The filter didn’t go back that far. 

Our favorite PTown place. 

We wanted to go take a bath at night and in the morning but there was no hot water at either times.  We got this at the last minute and saw some good reviews but  it’s more for being in a place away from the noise at night during festive times. We were not happy with the bath situation however the beds were really comfortable and we both have back issues. when we handed back the
Keys there was no “How was your experience? Question. He came out to get the keys and went back in the office. Don’t plan on returning 

No hot water

Good location and quiet.  Grounds and building could use some updates.  Unit was better and had everything needed for a week stay.  Nice pool and hot tub.  Tennis court unusable.  About a mile from major Ptown action, a couple closer restaurants.  Very walkable and bikeable.

I really can't believe I paid $286 to spend a night at this place. Next time I'll do a little more research before booking a room on the Outer Cape. For the price paid I expected something way better that what I got. The entire place is borderline shabby and marginally maintained. Pool area is a joke with outdoor furniture that looks like it was purchased at yard sales. Room was not unclean by any means but I felt like I was staying in someone's basement. Luxury price for lowlife accommodations.

Outdated and worn out

We booked last-minute on booking.com. We scored a suite for only $65 exclusive of tax. Sadly, many of the amenities are closed (pool, hot tub, laundry), but we made the best of the situation. 

The hotel is about a 1/2 hour walk to the center of town. It’s a pleasant walk and the terrain is all flat. 

Our studio was comfortable and spacious. It included a kitchen with plates, cups and utensils. There’s a coffee machine and fridge. I agree with another reviewer the wifi was spotty - I could play YT videos, but it would take a moment for a page to load. 

The walls are thin, but our neighbors weren’t  too loud. 

The staff were friendly, but we didn’t engage with them after checking in. Parking was plentiful. 

There aren’t any amenities in the immediate surroundings but things aren’t too far, especially with a vehicle. The beach is just a street over. 

I’d probably stay here again, but until amenities reopen, it’s just a place to put your head down. 



weekend getaway

COVID stay so amenities (pool, laundry, hot tub) closed but the room was clean and fully functional (1BR). Wi-fi was a little iffy but was enough for my student to conduct remote learning.    Plenty of close by walking trails - markets within 1 mile.   A bike would be perfect!  Immediately booked a second week the first few days were so good. 

Great fall stay

Don’t try to book a room here after 5 pm (when their office closes and there is no one on the property to help you). My boyfriend and I booked a room online and arrived around 6:15 but the office was locked. We called the emergency/late arrival number pinned on the door several times and someone on the other line kept immediately hanging up on us. There was another note on the door that said the keys are in the mailbox outside the front of the rooms. When we tried to get into our room there were no keys so we just were stuck there with no one answering us. They did not return my calls or booking.com’s attempts to contact them the entire night so we were forced to cancel. Huge waste of time.

Couldn’t even get a key

The space is more than sufficient. Staff showed care and left me feeling as though I was at a second home. Other guest were diverse and pleasent everyone courteous with distancing choices.
 For my purposes convenience to Dunes Shack Trail made the experience one I will always cherish. This world is a beautiful place and this location should not be missed.

Location was ideal for limited social interaction.

Great local resort with kind genuine staff dedicated to making your stay pleasant. Location is right at the edge of the town center, perfect to walk to shops and restaurants. Pool area in summer is a natural meeting spot.

Eastwood has it all: charm and location

We spent one night here on a nostalgic tour of Massachusetts. As I had only booked online 2 hours before arrival via an agency, it was hardly surprising that the gentleman on Reception had not been informed of our arrival. Nonetheless he quickly identified a room for us and even offered to accompany us to it. We were further impressed by the size and quality of the accommodation, including the range of furniture and  kitchen etc equipment not to mention the availability of pool and hot tub and at a very competitive price. The same gentleman subsequently asked if we had everything we needed and, as we sat outside the apartment in the late evening sunshine, another waved to us as he passed below. The welcoming aspects of this property really can't be overemphasised and we will certainly return when next in the area.
