My daughter and I travel to Provincetown yearly for our mother/daughter trip and we weren't going to let the pandemic get in the way of our planned YEAR 11 trip. Bayberry was great, as always. Cami and Ruth as awesome hosts. We always enjoy Cami's fresh  baked treats and this year was no exception. A small poster was hung outside the kitchen and one of our gracious hosts took our order and put everything on a tray for us. Since we had the downstairs room near the kitchen, this was particularly easy for us! We've stayed in four different rooms, one of them twice. They're all lovely, clean and comfortable. Except for the two larger rooms, most units are relatively small, but adequate. A hair dryer, ironing board, iron, small refrigerator and toiletries are provided. Umbrellas are available at the front door for guests to borrow if needed. The location is ideal, quiet, but very close to everything. Parking is challenging when the inn is fully booked. There are just BARELY enough space for the cars to fit. Everything is super clean, very charming and welcoming. We love it and we'll be back!!

Another Great Stay - Despite Covid

Very clean room. Homemade goodies for breakfast. Plenty of places to sit outside. Walking distance to restaurants, Commercial St. and the Pier. Ruth and Cami were terrific. 10 Stars. We stayed in the West Chop with a small private deck and easy access to the street. Room was decorated nice and beds were comfortable. Several guest stayed there every time they came to town. That's saying a lot. The girls from Kentucky. We'll be back.

Great location. Awesome hosts

My husband and I wanted a quiet, relaxing eat and drink weekend!  All were achieved. Bayberry rooms were clean, comfortable and just far enough away (walking distance) to be right in the thick of things.  Bed/pillows just like home. It is evident that owners take great pride in their home.

Spotless centrally located B/B

From the moment we arrived until we left, our hosts made us feel at home. Our room and common areas were spotless. Breakfast provided a different baked item every morning. Super close to Commercial Street with everything under the sun. Stop & Shop is just a couple blocks away. Easy walking to EVERYTHING!

Lovely Hosts

Bayberry is a gorgeous house with unique charm. The owner, Ruth, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is very good at reading her guests personalities. I am happy I chose such a warm and lovely place for my first visit to Provincetown.

Perfect place to stay

My husband and bestie stayed here two nights and we could not have been happier with our stay. Anywhere on the cape this time of year is hopping busy, and this was a quiet little oasis off Commercial street, away from the noise yet still close to the action. We stayed in the Great Point suite which has a kitchen and sitting area, perfect for couples or traveling companions. Room was spotlessly clean. Beds were super comfortable and it even has a private entrance with a small deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Ruth and her partner could not be nicer and they have thought of everything. From the uniquely appointed rooms, multiple seating areas outside, a bbq available to guests...to the shed stocked with cushions, beach towels and beach umbrellas. A continental breakfast is served each morning with coffee, homemade muffins, boiled eggs, cereals and fruit. They don’t accept children, which we truly appreciated in a small inn like this. I have no criticisms except that I wish there were paper napkins or paper towels in the kitchen, and like that’s it. I will definitely stay here again when in Provincetown again, just a terrific bed and breakfast.

A Most Charming B & B

We recently spent four days at Bayberry and already are planning to return next year for a longer visit.  Having stayed in other highly rated accommodations in Provincetown, we can affirm that this is our favorite and definitely the best value. The location is ideal, easily accessed, convenient, and yet quiet. Having parking on site is a real bonus.  Bayberry ambiance is welcoming and comfortable.  Throughout the rooms are tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The outdoor areas are  inviting garden retreats. Ruth and Cami are amazing hosts.They make a point of making sure guest needs are met. Best of all, the daily breakfasts offer lots of fresh and healthy options from which a guest can choose; the highlight is always Cami's daily fresh bake of wonderful muffins and scones. It is a pleasure to give the Bayberry our highest recommendation.

The best of New England hospitality!

The whole thing about Ptown is you want to walk or bicycle, and driving would be impossible anyway, so location is key.  Bayberry is right in the middle of everything, but tucked off Commercial Street so it has a private feel and is quiet as well.  The rooms are impeccably kept, and breakfast was serve yourself when you want it, with lots of coffee, a selection of fresh breads, boiled eggs, and cereals, which for us was perfect.  Another important feature is the private parking lot, so you do not have to search for a place to park.  Our room was very comfortable, although a bit on the small side - other rooms we saw were much larger.

Ideal location, perfectly kept B&B

I recently spent 8 nights here and the entire experience was perfect.  Ruth and Cami are wonderful hosts who make everyone feel right at home.  I stayed in the Cutty Hunk room which is on the first floor and done in pretty shades of sage and off white and has a private bath with shower.  I was so at home and comfortable in this room but got to take a look at all the others and you can't go wrong with any of them.  Cami's baked goods were yummy every morning.  I was lucky enough to have her cranberry scones twice!  There are also bagels with butter, jam and peanut butter available.  Cereals, hard boiled eggs, milk, yogurt, juice and fresh fruit are also available.  Coffee is excellent.  There is a table you can eat at in the common area and plenty of lovely outdoor seating areas to enjoy breakfast also.  Wine glasses are available and the inn is a lovely setting to enjoy wine with friends.  Ruth and Cami are a wealth of information about the town and are happy to chat with you about area restaurants and happenings.  The Bayberry has an excellent location being just up the street from Commercial Street, and yet it is such a nice oasis.  Looking forward to staying there again.  Thank you Ruth and Cami for making my stay such a pleasant one!

Lovely and perfect place to stay in Provincetown

What a great place to stay!!!  Ruth and Cami made me feel like I was home.  The bedrooms and baths are comfortable and clean with an abundance of towels.  I slept great.  Awakening to the coffee, scones and eggs provided tasty fuel for my day.  The location can't be beat.  It's an easy stroll to the main areas, stores and restaurants of interest but because it's a block away it's much quieter than on the main drag.  
There are a variety of places to sit outside and relax comfortably.  

I thought it was a perfect place and can't recommend it highly enough.
