Location is about the only good thing to say.
What was bad
The room was dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and bits all over the living area floor. There was an old moldy filter in the coffee machine.
The overall feel of the room was very old and tired, and the build quality is cheap. It felt like a very basic room, but it was way over priced for what it is.
