This hotel was disgusting!! First off it was like a bait and switch with the nasty "second building" that is so old, dated, and disgusting!!! The bed was comparable to the worst pullout couch mattress I've ever seen. There were dead bugs all over the walls, and a nasty smell in the room. The shower temperature was awful and kept changing on its own. They charged us for things we didn't purchase. Do not stay in this hotel!!!! 

Disgusting Hotel

I enjoyed our stay , hotel placed anniversary card ,and treated my husband and I very nice. Room was clean, I seen ants but it was OK I enjoyed the hotel and hot tub the water was hot like I like it 👌 thank you we enjoyed our anniversary ❤️ 

Anniversary was nice and people 

I've stayed here before and it was up to pretty much what you'd expect from a PIB Hotel.  However, this time they assigned me to a room behind the pool in the separate building which is not part of the main building.  This room type is *SIGNIFICANTLY* inferior and yet they charge the same price for this type of room.  It is tiny and extremely outdated.  A Motel 6 room would have been far superior to this room.  Had I known I would have been assigned a room back there, I would absolutely not have booked it and would have stayed elsewhere.  

To make matters worse, we were assigned a room right along the back alley by the dumpsters so you're constantly greeted with the stench of dumpster juice (that leaks across the street) all day.  Also, I know it was late season but they list their pool hours as opening at 10AM and both days they were not open until atleast Noon.  I would have otherwise not left this review as it's PIB and we barely intend to be in the room for any meaningful time, but this place went out of it's way to be actively aggravating.  My expectations were very low and I was shocked they still somehow managed to come up short!



"Resort" lol 

I have stayed in almost all the hotels on the island. They are all about the same, I haven't found one that has stood out or been cleaner than others. Kelly & Sue were very friendly and helpful when booking and checking in.

I saw others complain about cleanliness. Our room was clean and tidy. That is what matters the most to me. The bathroom could use some updating and wasn't great but again it was clean. We needed a place to crash after Bash in the Bay and this served the purpose. Overall not the best hotel, but not bad for PIB standards. It was clean but needs some updates!

I haven’t been here in over a decade and tried to have an open mind about staying again. This place is disgusting. I have bug bites on my feet. There was no water pressure in the shower. I couldn’t wait to come home and feel clean again. Stood in 3 inches of water while showering. Not to mention there was almost no light in the room with the shower and toilet. Doors slammed all night long. I know it’s a party island but I didn’t sleep either night because of the doors slamming. Fire alarm went off for a half hour at 1am. The floors were FILTHY. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. The only redeeming qualities were the pizza window and the MTV Classics channel on the tiny tv, and the fridge. We left a day early. Charging what they charge with a minimum of nights, they have some audacity. Just gross.

Disgusting.

Love the location, but don't stay in the older remote building, the floors are horrible and your feet will be black as you walk out of the shower.  Use the flimsy bed cover as your walking mat. Too bad it probably needs teared down.

Cleanliness issue

So we were four women in one room with a lot of things brought!!  We had so much fun and Kelly at the front desk was kind, professional and patient!  We had everything we needed and walk able distance from shops, bars and restaurants!  We will definitely come back to visit - if they will have us lol thank you Kelly!

Great Customer Service

This hotel is dirty my feet were filthy from walking on the floor. Ants under our end tables. Mattress had blood stains it looked like it was 25 years old and garbage pickedsheets wouldn’t stay on the bed elastic worn out. Dirt build up corners of bathroom. Pool jam packed could not swim   Paid for 3 days left after 2. Would not refund. Owner milking people where is the health dept?

Worse hotel ever

We had a terrible experience. The chigger sign was at the front desk when we checked in-a warning within itself. The floor in our room made our feet black (towel was from wiping up water spill when we first got there), there was hair rolled up in on our sheets when we got in, our air conditioning unit was constantly leaking water and worst of all there was mushrooms/mold GROWING in our room. An actual health hazard. Do not stay here

Do not stay here

I cannot tell you how horrible our experience was and it was very short on. Upon check in we asked to see the room before staying (we had a reservation). The manager was nice at first and showed us the room, however when we returned to the office she told us that she was the general manager and became very nasty. She was so rude and unprofessional. She said if we weren’t happy with the room uthat we can leave and never come back. Who says they that to guests? Not once were we rude to her. We then proceed to drive around the island and find a new place to stay for our 3 nights. I worked in hospitality for many years as a front desk clerk and I would have never spoke to a guest that way, let alone heard a manager talk that way.  

Another down fall is that the entrance is in a back alley. The front desk shares the same space as a subway sandwich shop. I wish I could give this place a zero. I do not recommend.
