Not sure why this hotel property is still showing up on TripAdvisor.  It was closed and demolished several years ago.  Anyone looking for this hotel will find that a strip shopping center with an Ulta Beauty and Chipotle restaurant sit in its place.

No longer a  hotel.....

My friends and I, and many other people i know, would rent these rooms to party in/throw parties. I am not suprised by all these bad reviews. The guy at the desk knew exaclty what we were there for and never got declined or thrown out, even with 30 drunk 19 year olds running around two joining rooms. Even we were smart enough to get a ride home and not sleep here lol. Great for parties though.

Hotel for parties when it rains

I only stayed here once. I tend not to like hotels/motels where you get into your room from the outside. The room itself is OK, clean and quiet enough, but that outside door business lets it down, compared to similar places close by, at least that’s my view.

Less appealing than some hotels/motels

The location and price of this hotel makes it a very good choice for the passing traveler or any one visiting New York and not wanting to pay the price of Manhatten hotels or to enjoy the shopping of both Rt. 17 and Woodbury outlets.  There is a train station close by that takes you to Manhatten.
Descent rooms and breakfast.
The only issue I had was with the inflexible and unfriendly front desk service.

Very good location cost conformance

I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bedbug crawling on me.  I put in in a cup and took it to the front desk...  No surprise to the person at the desk.  They offered me a "gracious" 25% refund, which I never received.  I also never got my Wyndham points for my stay.  When I got home I unpacked in the driveway, shook out my clothes, and hosed off my luggage.  I don't need to bring bedbugs home!   There are enough comments about dirty rooms and bathrooms already.  The free breakfast is literally cereal and an OJ dispenser.  There are gnats flying all over the place around the food.  The pool is permanently closed and covered.  This hotel has been run to the ground and the owners are milking it.

skip this place if you can....not sure how long the in room coffee was their i made a pot of it didn't smell like coffee.....

not very clean

To begin with... the look of the motel itself is appalling (we had all the hotel's electrical wires passing through our balcony), the room smelled of a strong moisture... and the light breakfast offered the next day was abject (rotten apples, hard croissants and acidic apple juice).
