I’m not sure I’ve ever given any thing a bad review, however I would advise this property to shut down until  it lives up to the pictures that are shown online. We felt they falsely represented their property.   

Our accommodations were not clean. I did not feel safe on property, was concerned that my vehicle would be broken into overnight. 

The TV didn’t work. I had two rooms and one didn’t have a shower curtain. Like at all. The bedding was either dirty or stained, either way, gross. Seriously contemplated trying to get a room in a different motel.

Buyer beware

Slow check in, swimming pool not available, dirty and worn out rooms, sticky stains on the floor, the first room they assign to me had a no closing door, during the night the flies in room didn't let me sleep. It hasn't been a good deal because all around was full of motels.

Not a good deal

First room we booked was broken into, we went to get into the room and the TV was missing and the room was dirty. Second room they put us in has black mold growing all over in the bathroom. Hairs in the ice bucket. nothing was cleaned. Whoever 'Nancy' is does not clean. Carpet is not vacuumed. The only clean thing in the room? The beds. Bathroom is full of soap scum and black mold. Toilet had 'poop' stains underneath the seat. I had to go to the store and purchase Clorox wipes and actually cleaned the place myself. I have to be in this room for 7 days, 55$ a night. Ridiculous. This place is so run down. Apparently housekeeping doesn't seem to care about guests experience. There are cigarette ashes on the air conditioner and in the bathroom, chunks of hair scattered around the hotel. Dead moths and bug poop in the light fixtures. Literally SUGAR poured all over the place where they put the towels in, bathroom fan cover is busted. AC filters gunked up. By the looks of our room, apparently they just put fresh sheets and made the bed nicely. I'll give ya that Nancy, you make beds nicely. But the place clearly wasn't cleaned at all. The Carpet by the door is like 8x8! How hard is that to vacuum?! Plan on getting a refund because Black mold in the bathroom and unhygienic toilets. Ridiculous! Do not go here unless they get new management or something.. One of the worst nights in my life.

Shweta had stains on them. Floors were dirty. Shower wasn't even cleaned had previous guests Bobby pins in the shower. Looked like the room was never cleaned from the previous guest. Waste of money even staying here. No wonder they made u prepay cause that way u can't get a refund once u found out terrible the room is. Stay away from this place it is a junk heap

I wrote my review and don't see it, so I'll try again! BEWARE THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND NO REFUNDS! STAY AWAY. They are making A LOT of money, due to their disgusting rooms, people are leaving after paying and not getting a refund, obviously money is not used for cleaning or repairs. Called SD Department of health and BBB!

This is the worst hotel ever. We had two rooms that were filthy, disgusting, smelly with no water. Manager wouldn’t give me a refund. Walked into our room. It’s horrible. Don’t waste your money. Go down the road much better. The manager here won’t give refunds. Not a good place.

Disgusting sums up the rooms. Manager walked into our room while I had NO clothes on trying to shower.  Don’t rent here

We checked in and went to the room, and opened the door to chaos. There was so many things wrong, mainly dirty, and nothing work. Went to see if we could get another room, they said there wasn't any available, we asked for a refund, they said no, then said, what do you expect for the price. We went to another motel.


Terrible

Got a room, checked in, motel was in poor condition, room as well. One adult and 2 kids, $114.25. Around 9:30 some other tenants were having a bbq and partying and drinking. Scared the kids and when I asked them to quiet it down, the did not, called the office, no answer. Had to leave because kids in danger. Next day called the motel to let them know and request a refund. I got a whole song and dance about how they had to process etc,. So after trying to contact "Jackie" for a solid 2 weeks. I called corporate, did have a confirmation number and they told me that the motel was a franchise and I had to contact the motel manager. Called today and a clerk put me on hold and came back and said corporate denied the refund, So basically I was strung along and out the refund.  As far as I know now, this is not a safe place and they just don't care.  

Avoid this place

This was not only the most disgusting Motel 6 I've ever been in but the most filthy health hazard out of any hotel/motel I've ever seen in my life. Given room 123 by some kid who looked like he didn't want to be there, and he didn't, dressed like he just came from the beach. First, the TV had no remote so he lifted one from another room, then the desk had no chair so I had to use a lawn chair, the door had no latch on it, busted off, the walls had holes in them, around the toilet was stained, as if overflowed many times. The worst was the mold coming through the walls in the bathroom (see pics). The last straw was the door itself didn't lock. He said he would have someone look at it but after 10 minutes I went outside and he he was too busy with his buddies, shirtless by the way, hanging out. I went into the office and the young girl gave me room 134. A little less disgusting but disgusting all the same, same filthy lines mold in the shower cracked walls broken furniture (see Pics)

Disgusting, health hazard run by teenagers

Shame on Rapid City and South Dakota to allow this Credit Card trap to stay in business or even exist. Their Website is what we seen to book a room w/Great Pictures, Nice Description and Positive Reviews, DO NOT represent what actually is there, It looks like all the hundreds of negative reviews that I later found & read after driving away are TRUE! I took a number of pictures for the City and County Attorney if need be to stop the FRAUD charges on my Credit Card. I to was offered discount to give positive review so don't believe any fake reviews over a 1 star.
