First room I check into it had a big turn in the toilet. Also the room smelled like smoke. Got a headache. The beddings stained. Request to be move. We did. Then that room had stains on the bed. And the tub was dirty. So we went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Got fabric disinfectant spray for the bedding and pillows. Didn’t want to deal with the boss. He seem really rude and not at all kind. 

Not Clean

Room smelled of cigarette smoke.  The bed had springs sticking in my back all night.  I was not sure the sheets were clean.  They looked like they had been slept in.   I did NOT feel safe at this hotel.  Look elsewhere! 

DON'T DO  IT!

Couldn’t stay at Quality in as usual. Due to Priceline messing up my reservation. However when I stopped by the front desk the associate was so friendly. Great management. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Great clean rooms. You can tell housekeeping goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this property. For the price the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff great customer service attitude.

Great service and very clean room. Front desk staff was great and especially Jay the manager. Thank you all for the great hospitality. Very clean rooms and great value for the money.will definitely return and highly recommend. 10 out of 10 stars.

Great clean rooms and staff is excellent 

Unfortunately had not such good experience surprisingly dirty
Hand towels were filthy stains from dirt and hair on them. 
Room was poorly cleaned, grease stains on carpet that got on my clothes, side tables were filthy looked like salad dressing 
I went and bought cleaner an towel so I could work and eat on surfaces and take shower with clean towel 
I would have gone to the other Hotel but one was booked and the one next store wasn’t any better 
Shocked that Wyndham would have there name on this property.

Bring cleaners and your own towels

The lady at check-in was very nice.  The rest was very average.  Breakfast was not good.  OJ was old and the microwavable sandwiches were edible at best. AC was very loud. Sheets were clean, but worn and discolored.   Everything was old.                                                                          

A place to sleep.

Single night stay.   Has no choice but to stay   Room was dirty. Had to get nine sheets from front desk to get 3 that were clean and not stained.  Pillows were so stained we used our clothes as pillows front desk couldn’t access new pillows    Phone in room did not work.  
Hair in the tub.   We didn’t even use the tub.  Bugs crawling in the tub. Used our own blanket from our car

Over night trip

I enjoyed my stay! I will return very, very soon. I just wished that my stay was much longer, and It wasn't just for business. It's just that the snow was effecting my stay when I was there. I would love to be there in the summer.

Engineer

Yes the motel is being renovated. But the room that I stayed in was horrendous. Furniture inadequate no knobs on the dressers. Chairs wobbly as though if you sit in it wrong you will end up on the floor. Poorly cleaned, roaches and bed bugs. Woke up one night with roach crawling across my leg.



Don't Do THIS ROACH MOTEL

We needed a place for a fast overnight after attending an event at the Addison Farm at Elon. This Days Inn was only 15 minutes away, which was great for driving to this hotel in the dark after the event. The room was functional and clean with convenient parking. I did not see any bugs. The bed was comfortable and the frig worked. We were told renovations were going on and so on that day she advised not to drink the water as it had been off earlier. Luckily we had brought bottled water! (The water in the bathroom worked fine, fyi.) The mini-coffeemaker worked but for some reason only decaf packets were provided. Again, I had brought my own instant so I just heated the bottled water.  We had to fool around with the remote settings a bit to make the TV work but it finally did. For the excellent price we did not, and should not, expect luxury and we felt safe, though probably wouldn't be walking around a lot there in the dark (a good rule in general). The hotel is very well-lit. There was no breakfast due to COVID but there is coffee in the check-in area. The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. I thought it was kind of the employee to warn us about the water that day. She also made sure to give us the lower level room we requested. Happy with the brief visit and would stay again if going to same venue due to close proximity.
