Nice room but over-priced for area and local economy. $1400/month for a motel room. Only good thing was the air conditioning worked great. On the edge of a worn out neighborhood, homeless people walking everywhere. Moved in with a group of people and we were singled out and evicted within 3 weeks even though we had paid for 2 months for the 10 rooms we were given and no refunds. I was threatened with physical violence because I argued with the manager about my mail cuz he said he would return all mail to sender. We all believe they have a scam and divided the money amongst themselves. Was told they were out of parking permits and they towed my car the next day. All of us singled out for numerous pest control inspections but they never had bug spray. They just wanted to barge in and took pictures. Had one box on the floor I was unpacking and they said I had too much clutter. Gave me an eviction saying I was a nuisance so they could skirt around the eviction moratorium. I am a disabled veteran and have never been treated so badly as I have here. Saw the property owner too, just as horrible as the staff. The maids and handymen were polite though. Refused to give me a internet password and that is supposed to be included. Our little group has begun the process of a lawsuit. Need to upgrade their web page. There is no wal-mart near here. Recommend you stay anywhere but this chain anywhere in Reno-Sparks.

Rude & horrible management staff

The 7th st. place is about 2 levels before homeless. (next is car, then street) The I80 grounds side is filthy...it's impossible to keep the room clean. All structural areas need to be power sprayed. Room was only questionably clean to begin with.  You pay a wifi fee at check-in..and if you don't stay a month you don't get deposit back.  No shower curtain, then they gave me one but no hooks!

This place should be more safety cause the last time I stayed there, my friend lost their stuff cause someone enter to their room. And nobody did something about it. Also at 3am someone knock my door and I don’t even knew that guy so it was a bad experience there.

Bad at all

Horrible staff to start at check in i booked two non-smoking rooms and received only one. The rooms were old cleanliness was ok the hotel as well stairs calling apart elevator smelled like pee honestly gross.

room was clean enough by sight. smelled like a smoking room but I booked a non-smoking room.
carpet was horrible-coming loose with ripples in sitting area. could not get the lights next to bed to work. 
severely overpriced for area next to skating rink. Would not stay here again. Room maid service was very good. not much choice for the included breakfast. most was gone before ending time of 930. Nice pool

Need to check your ad as I chose room with couch and it had two chairs. Also security needs to watch locals that might be scoping out vehicles in motel parking lot. Otherwise, great room and clean. Would use them again.

My Review

I arrived early and was so tired.  Lady at front desk refused to accommodate an early check in.  Then the room was awful, lock broken, stains on carpet, reeked of smoke.  Dirty.  There were attractions that weekend so rooms were hard to find.
