This hotel is very cost-effective for the Seattle area. It is very close to the airport. Reservations and check out were very easy. The hotel itself is nothing more than a low-end EconoLodge. The room was disappointing, walls paper thin, you could hear the highway just outside the front door. It was obvious the motel needed to be updated.

Just an Econolodge

Aircon and TV broken. They did not make bed, clean, and replace towels daily. Staff was helpful, professional, and cordial. Motel needs maintenance. Its showing its age. Good value if you just need a place to sleep for the night


The room was worn looking. The upholstered chair was stained. The comforter had holes.  The bed and chair had bed bugs.  I had to check out in the middle of the night and find another place to stay. It was awful.

Skin crawling.  I had to check out early due to bed bugs!

I made reservation to stay there for a week and the day I was checking in i received a text from them that they do not have a room for me. They do not have the guts to call me. Their front desk and ALL the numbers  listed in their business just rang  and rang and no one answers.  If you do not want to take your chances not having a place to stay. Do not make any reservation from this hotel Lake Inn at Washington.

DO NOT MAKE A "RESERVATION" TO THIS HOTEL AS THEY DO NOT WHAT THAT MEANS.

Stayed there from July 3-5 2023.

For starters the hotel did not even have a name board in front of it to help us find it.
The room was a major disappointment in being first very poorly lit. The bathroom tub had cracks and damages in a few places and the shower barely had any pressure.
In the morning the water was too cold and we had to go shower in a different room. Insufficient toilet paper rolls and towel were major surprises. Room service was not automatic the following morning and we were told we had to ask for it.
Most fast food joints nearby were closed in the evening which made it very hard to get food. The juice machines in the breakfast room were out of order.
Customer service and courtesy was at best average.
Contrary to the nice advertised photo, the pool seemed to have not been working for quite some time.
One of our neighbour guests told me her car had broken into the previous night.
Even the link in the survey email they sent us after we checked out did not support HTTP. It seems they did not want us to send them our feed back. I managed to do it on my iphone.
They are probably going out of of business soon.
Overall a complete waste of our time and money,

Terrible Stay

The manager was extremely rude. We reserved a room with choice privilege points and when we got there late in the night the manager refused to honor it. We had to drive to a different hotel. Horrible customer service!!!!

Rude Manager

Well located off I-405 with quick and easy access to the freeway. It's just minutes from Bellevue. The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and I had no problem falling asleep.  A great way to beat the horrible traffic if you have a meeting or function in Bellevue. There are restaurants and a Starbucks in easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient

Good house, spacious and clean room, no neighborhood noise, proper, proper and functional equipment, breakfast with waffles, muffins, fruit, very good, although close to the road, no inconvenience.

Very good quality/price ratio

Very basic basic.....room beddings are decent. Some towels are stained. Maybe overlook by housekeeping. Just enough space to navigate in the room.  Bathroom needs a little fixing.  The vent is very noisy. When it’s on it hums pretty loud. A bit out dated. One and maybe two nights at most if you need to be in this location and for the pricing. I wouldn’t stay longer than that. 

Front desk were very friendly.  I talked to at least 3 people in the front desk and they were very pleasant.  

Breakfast was typical waffles, toasts, bananas, OJ, milk, and coffee. 

Mostly agreed with reviewers here.
